GGuest UserReally enjoyed our stay! The staff were super friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. There were plenty of activities to enjoy — some free and some paid — so there was always something to do. Loved that there were two pools available as well, perfect for relaxing and cooling off. Great place for a short getaway or a family trip!

BBaileyJanineWe loved our week-long stay here, easy walk to both beaches, bars and restaurants. The room was clean and large and the enormous balcony with views over the mountains and the sea was the stand out feature for us - we spent a lot of time on the balcony! The pool was refreshing although unusual wedged between the 2 hotels with nowhere to sit or sunbathe! There were issues with electrical supply which affected the WiFi and water supply but the hotel staff were quick to inform us and apologise - there had been severe monsoon rains in the days before the issues started. We were eventually moved to the next door hotel to an equivalent room at no extra charge, while repairs were done - I hope its all fixed now for this lovely team of people.

MMickey PWe had a relaxing stay. Upon arrival, we were welcomed with a refreshing matoom drink as our welcome drink. Our booked room is not yet ready upon check-in but luckily we received free upgrade and early check-in from front desk which is nice. The view from the room is outstanding. Some of room amenities is not in the room and has to be requested through the app or call front desk which is inconvenient. Wifi is not working sometimes I have to use my own data. Breakfast is a buffet and offer variety of choices. Swimming pool looks nice but we have no time to use it. After check-out they even allowed us to take a quick shower at the swimming pool area and a toilet to change our clothes before our flight. Recommend

I stayed at Pakasai Resort in Ao Nang, Krabi for 2 nights (June 22–24) and couldn’t have asked for a more wonderful experience—especially for my birthday! I originally only hoped for a room upgrade, but the resort went far beyond my expectations and made my celebration truly unforgettable. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly warm and friendly. I was pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade, and the surprises didn’t stop there. On my birthday, I was greeted with a beautiful birthday cake, a thoughtful message arranged on the bed, and genuinely heartfelt service throughout the day. I also booked dinner at GAIA, the resort’s own restaurant, and was treated to a free cocktail to celebrate. The atmosphere, service, and food were all excellent—it was the perfect birthday dinner. The resort itself is cozy and peaceful, surrounded by lush greenery that makes you feel close to nature. The pool area is lovely and relaxing, and the entire resort has a calm, welcoming vibe. Overall, I felt truly taken care of during my stay. I highly recommend Pakasai Resort to anyone visiting Ao Nang, especially if you're looking for a place that combines comfort, nature, and genuinely caring service. I’m already thinking about coming back!

GGuest UserThe hotel is a good price and the deluxe premier room with a balcony tub is wonderful. As with any 5 star resort hotel, it’s further out of town and grab/taxi takes a while to get but you can schedule in advance. Food in the hotel is good. Lots of choice. Slightly on the pricier side but still not too bad. Spa and massage is very expensive (for Thailand massage price) so we have that a miss. 2,000 thb head massage for 60min. Bangkok would be half of that. This includes happy hour 10-2pm 30% discount. Full body 3k. But having a jacuzzi on the balcony of the room was very worth it. Breakfast is great. Would I say here again? Yes! Is it 5 star? Yes! Is it value for money? Yes! Just be prepared for longer travel distance and time and slightly more expensive food and drinks and spa. P.s. it’s on the beach directly!! A smaller boutique 5* resort. Pools are nice and overall resort didn’t feel crowded.

DDaniel LukeGreat small hotel, away from the busy street and only 2 minutes walk away... What really surprised me my child became really Ill and we panicked, went to the hotel reception to get medical attention and within 2 minutes they are at our door rushing our child to the hospital, stayed with us and explained and translated all the procedures and after a few hours my child was stable and was allowed to be discharged, the hotel took us back and anything that was needed they took care of us and always checking up on him, that was a call beyond duty... thank you!

NNurul Nadia MohamedStay Dates: 13 – 16 September 2025 We stayed at Ananta Burin Resort and had a great experience overall! The resort is very kids-friendly — the highlight for us was the pool area with water slides, which kept the children happily entertained. The size of the resort is just right — not too big and not too small — making it easy to manage with kids. We booked connecting rooms for our group of four, which worked perfectly. The rooms were comfortable and well-equipped. The only hiccup was on our last day when the whole building had no water supply, so we couldn’t shower before checking out (a funny memory now!). Location: The resort is slightly away from Ao Nang Beach and the main street market, but still accessible. Tuk-tuk rides are easy to get and cost around 100 THB, which was convenient. Massage & Spa: Like most places in Thailand, finding a good massage isn’t an issue — there are plenty of shops next to each other near the hotel, and the massages were great! Overall, I’m happy with our stay and would recommend Ananta Burin Resort to families looking for a kid-friendly, comfortable place in Krabi.

The size of the room was generous and provided ample space to relax and unwind. The surrounding natural scenery was also quite pleasant, creating a serene and peaceful atmosphere. One of the highlights of my stay was undoubtedly the private pool. It was well-maintained and offered a refreshing and enjoyable experience. I appreciated having this exclusive amenity to enjoy at my leisure. The staff members at Andakiri Pool Villa were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. They were always available to assist with any inquiries or requests, which added to a positive overall experience. However, I did encounter a significant issue during my stay - an ant infestation in the room. Unfortunately, there were possibly hundreds of ants crawling on different surfaces, including the bed and various other areas where ants are certainly unwelcome. This was particularly disappointing, as it detracted from an otherwise pleasant stay. It was clear that more attention needed to be paid to keeping the facilities clean and addressing this infestation promptly. While Andakiri Pool Villa has many positive aspects, such as the spacious room, pleasant natural surroundings, and helpful staff, it is essential that the issue of the ant infestation is urgently addressed. DDr. IsauraI recently had the pleasure of staying at Villa Cha-Cha Krabi Beachfront Resort for 5 days and 4 nights, booking through Trip.com. Our family of six, including two adults and four children, found the family room spacious and comfortable, perfectly accommodating our needs. The room was cozy, providing a serene retreat after our daily adventures. The resort’s staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with a warm smile. We particularly appreciated the complimentary shuttle service to Ao Nang Beach, operating every two hours starting at noon, which made exploring the area convenient. While the beachfront location offered stunning views, it’s worth noting that the beach itself isn’t ideal for swimming due to its rocky nature. However, the multiple swimming pools on-site more than made up for this, providing ample opportunities for relaxation and play. The breakfast buffet offered a variety of options, ensuring a satisfying start to each day. The tranquil and calming atmosphere of the resort made our stay truly rejuvenating. Although it may not boast a five-star rating, the quality of service and amenities provided a delightful experience. We’re already looking forward to our next visit to Villa Cha-Cha Krabi Beachfront Resort. Thank you for the surprise birthday cake too! 🥰

SSB10Excellent hotel location and choice of breakfast is really good as well. The Front desk staff is really helpful, specially Pook who really helped me plan my Ao Nang Itinerary. Pook is really kind and she goes above and beyond to provide assistance. Because of her help, I was able to see wonderful places around Ao Nang and booked few Islands trips as well. Out of all the Front desk staff, Pook stood out from the rest of them due to her great customer skills and she actually pays attention to details and guided me in the right direction prior to visiting many places around Ao Nang. Thank you Pook and the entire Hotel Front desk staff, I'll definitely recommend others to visit Ao Nang and stay at this hotel.
