Spa hotels in Krabi Town

My wife chose this newly opened hotel, supposedly the same one as in the Maldives! After experiencing it, I can't stop raving about it! Highly recommend!! Room: The room we stayed in was super spacious. Waking up in the morning and drawing back the curtains revealed a stunning sea view. It was so relaxing just walking out into the yard. Food: We booked three meals a day. During our 2-night stay on the island, we were able to order different dishes for each meal, and they were all truly delicious! Activities: They offer free childcare, so adults can enjoy activities like paddleboarding. You can also pay extra to charter a boat for island hopping. Overall, the experience exceeded my expectations, and I really didn't want to leave. If I were to stay again, I'd book at least three days. Watching the sunset and moonrise here is truly breathtaking! 🤩

The hotel has its own private beach, which is fantastic. There's no crowded or noisy environment, and it's incredibly relaxing to lie on a beach chair and sip a drink. The hotel also has two decent-sized swimming pools. As a resort hotel, it's located in a quieter area, so it's a bit further from Ao Nang Beach. If you prefer a lively atmosphere right outside the door, then this might not be the place for you. The hotel staff are very enthusiastic and always keep a smile, which is a big plus. The room was also very clean and tidy. The only minor downside was that the breakfast selection was a bit limited. If I come to Krabi again, Dusit Thani Krabi Beach Resort would still be my first choice.

I absolutely love this hotel and highly recommend it! As a Ctrip Gold Diamond member, I'm quite good at choosing rooms! All the drinks and snacks in the room are complimentary! They even provide extra bottles of water! The breakfast quality is excellent, super delicious, even better than the Holiday Inn next door! I'll definitely stay here again next time. Service: The service here is fantastic, the staff are all very nice and always smiling. Facilities: The pools are great for swimming, there are several, and even a slide, which the kids absolutely loved. The massages are also very good and not expensive, and the therapists are skilled. Hygiene: The hygiene is excellent, very clean. Even the trash cans are spotless, with no hidden dirty spots. The management is very professional. Although the room is a bit older, it's very clean and comfortable!

Wonderful hotel, we loved everything about it! The staff were all incredibly attentive and kind, especially Earn, Anda, and Som – you're the best. We received a room upgrade. Room 1501 itself is beautiful, cozy, bright, a corner unit with a large balcony. It feels very welcoming, with a large bed, four pillows, an armchair, a sofa, and a bar counter with stools. On the balcony, there are two armchairs and a table, offering a beautiful view of the cliffs, the pool, and the sea on the other side. The breakfast was excellent, with everything from soups and main courses to salads, five types of fruit, a good coffee machine, and plenty of pastries and cakes. We will definitely come back again and recommend it to our friends!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ An Amazing Stay at Sofitel Krabi We have had the most wonderful stay at Sofitel Krabi Phokeethra Resort. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel so welcome, and the whole experience has been absolutely fantastic. The resort itself is beautiful — peaceful, luxurious and surrounded by stunning scenery. The grounds are immaculate, the swimming pool is incredible, and there is such a relaxing atmosphere throughout the entire hotel. It really feels like a true escape. The staff deserve a special mention. Everyone we have encountered has been incredibly friendly, helpful and attentive, always greeting us with a smile and going out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. The service has genuinely made such a difference. Our room was lovely, comfortable and spacious, and the whole resort is exceptionally clean and well maintained. There is a real attention to detail that you would expect from Sofitel. The breakfast is also excellent, with a great choice of food and something for everyone. However, there were not many vegetarian options available, so it would be wonderful to see a wider selection of vegetarian dishes. This is only a small point, though, and certainly didn’t spoil our stay. Overall, we have absolutely loved our time here. Sofitel Krabi is a beautiful resort with wonderful staff, excellent facilities and a genuinely relaxing atmosphere. We would happily return and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a special stay in Krabi. The breakfast buffet was absolutely flawless! The hotel's pool and dinner service were also excellent. You don't even need to leave the hotel all day, and you can still enjoy the most beautiful sunset. It's truly the best choice for a hotel in Krabi!

The hotel's location is a bit out of the way, so it's ideal if you have a rental car. Otherwise, there's not much dining available within a 5km radius. The hotel facilities are also quite old; the air conditioning is too noisy and doesn't cool very well. However, the hotel boasts its own private beach, and the scenery there is absolutely stunning. The best part is that there aren't many guests, which creates a wonderful, relaxed holiday vibe. The staff are also very enthusiastic and provide great service. Each child's breakfast costs 350 Thai Baht per day, which feels a bit expensive, as the breakfast selection isn't extensive and is quite ordinary. The breathtaking beach views and the quiet, uncrowded atmosphere make it well worth it!

We stayed here for our honeymoon. I mentioned it beforehand, and they decorated the bed for a honeymoon event, though there was no room upgrade. The location is about a 15-minute walk from Ao Nang Beach. It's not super close. The shuttle bus only runs 3-4 times a day, so we mostly walked. However, many tours depart from Ao Nang, so the overall location wasn't bad. There are many Indian and Muslim guests. Perhaps because of this, the breakfast and hotel food seemed to cater to their tastes. The Pad Thai at the hotel's Da Vino restaurant is truly delicious, so you must try it. However, the food takes a very long time to arrive. The prices are also a bit high; we ate there twice, and it cost 1,200 baht and 1,800 baht. Upon check-in, they offer orange juice as a welcome drink. The female staff member at the front desk with long black hair tied in a low ponytail was incredibly friendly and proactive, which left a lasting impression. She seemed to work with a real sense of dedication. The room is small. It's not large and the facilities are more akin to a 4-star rather than a 5-star hotel. The finishing touches and bathroom seemed a bit lacking. The bed was comfortable. Sandals and pool towels are provided. Basic amenities like toothbrushes and shower caps are simple. The hand wash is a bit far from the sink, which is an odd design. Crucially, the Wi-Fi worked well on my phone but I couldn't connect my laptop, which was inconvenient. On our last day, after checking out, we visited Railay Beach. The hotel has separate shower rooms in the lobby, so we could shower even after checking out. I think this is a really big advantage of this hotel. Also, a staff member named Mu was very kind. Honestly, I'm not sure if I would stay here again if I came back. There are many other better places. However, for a one-time experience, I think it's good.

We recently celebrated our wedding anniversary at the Holiday Inn Resort Krabi Ao Nang Beach by IHG, staying on a room package that included breakfast for five days. Overall, we had a lovely stay, but there were a few things worth sharing—especially for fellow Muslim travellers. We had assumed the breakfast buffet would be fully halal-friendly. While there were halal options available, pork was also served, so do keep that in mind if that’s important to you. The biggest frustration was the breakfast package itself. Although we had prepaid for all five days, the hotel had no record of it. Every single morning we had to explain that breakfast was included, which became quite irritating. Thankfully, after raising the issue for the third time, the team finally resolved it. As a kind gesture, they treated us to drinks at one of their restaurants, which we appreciated. A special anniversary touch was also a little confusing. Mr. Yah mentioned that a small cake would be delivered to our room, but it never arrived. On our final day, we received a brownie instead—perhaps that was the “small cake” he was referring to. That said, we absolutely loved the beautiful welcome message arranged on our bed when we arrived. It made us feel very special. Our daughter, Ava, had the best time! She absolutely loved the Kids Club and the mini water park, which kept her entertained for hours and made the holiday even more enjoyable for the whole family. The resort’s layout took a little getting used to. It’s spread across multiple levels, so navigating around was slightly confusing on the first day. After that, it became much easier. However, families with strollers or anyone with mobility challenges should be aware that moving between the different levels can be a bit of a challenge. Despite a few hiccups, we genuinely enjoyed our stay. The staff were friendly and tried to make things right when issues were raised, and the resort offers a great atmosphere for families. With a few improvements in communication and record-keeping, the experience would have been even better.

The hotel has an incredibly cozy atmosphere, beautiful, well-maintained, and very green with a variety of flowers and trees. The rooms are beautiful and clean. The staff is polite and friendly. I really enjoyed having breakfast with a sea view. The hotel completely matched the description.
