Krabi Town Hostels

"Everything was simply superb, I'd rate the hotel a 5, and in terms of value for money, it's a 5+++! You can walk to the beach in 20-25 minutes, and there are tons of cafes and bars nearby. A 7/11 is no more than 300 meters away. The lobby has a cafe and a kitchenette area with a fridge, microwave, and kettle (it's both a hotel and a hostel, offering both dorms and private rooms with amenities). They have bikes and scooters for rent, and right at the exit, they sell excursions at a great price for guests. We even got a discount on tickets to Phi Phi Island. My overall rating is 5+++."

"This was an emergency alternative because I wasn't comfortable at the hostel I was staying at. But I really liked it here for the price. The service was excellent. The only thing is I suspect there were bed bugs because I woke up covered in bites, and they weren't mosquitoes. Something else I didn't like was how dark the rooms are, and in my case, the bed I got was right next to the door, so there was no sound isolation and I could hear everything. The showers need maintenance; they aren't properly fixed. They don't have a kitchen, so you have to eat out, and they don't offer free water, so you need to bring your own bottles. The advantage is there's a 7-Eleven and the night market very close by. For the price, it seemed adequate, but it's clear the bathrooms need maintenance. They don't provide soap or shampoo, so bring your own. I'd like to ask them to change their lamps as they provide almost no light, and you're left in complete darkness in your bed."
