AAnonymous UserUpon arrival, we were delighted to receive a complimentary upgrade to a beachfront pool villa and were already very satisfied with the room's amenities. However, about two hours after checking in, a sudden strong wind blew down some tree branches right outside our villa, landing in the garden. My original intention was just to take a photo and ask the butler to have it cleared. To my surprise, the butler immediately took the matter very seriously, promptly offering us a room change and another upgrade to an even higher-tier room. The new room was incredibly spacious, with a huge 4-meter bed. Housekeeping was super efficient; they would clean the room immediately whenever we stepped out. The attention to detail was impeccable. We stayed for two days and were absolutely delighted. We also took the hotel's complimentary trip to Hong Island, which was a wonderful experience. One evening, we also had the pleasure of meeting a guest relations manager from China, who very warmly recommended dishes from the Thai restaurant menu. The dining experience was absolutely spectacular! The stir-fried spinach with egg, raw beef curry, and pomelo salad are absolute must-order dishes! Both the service and the overall experience were flawless – truly deserving of a perfect score! We would absolutely return to Krabi just for this hotel. Upon check-out, the butler even presented us with a small gift, indicating they truly took our conversations to heart.

JjballWe booked this room for our two children. Upon check-in, we requested that our rooms be close together, and the hotel kindly provided a complimentary upgrade. This certainly warrants another positive review!
Bicycles are available for complimentary rental at the hotel, although a fee applies if they are damaged or lost.
The swimming pools are nice. We only used the one located near the beach; the other one with a slide was a bit too far, so we didn't bother going.
The hotel offers a 'Nemo' fish feeding service daily, from 9-10 AM and seemingly again from 4-5 PM, which the children absolutely loved.
Breakfast was quite good, with plenty of variety and fresh fruit juices.
During our stay, we could explore the tidal flats between 10-11 AM and 9-10 PM. The children had a blast catching small fish and crabs.
Mosquitoes were not a significant issue at the hotel, and we even saw a lizard.

GGuest UserEnjoyed our stay in the hotel, room is very spacious, clean, there is nice pool and overall area is very beautiful. Breakfast is good, but no big choices for eggs ( just boiled, fried, omelette).
Room design is European 20 century style, I liked the idea.
It is a bit far from all the tourist areas, but you can rent a bike near the hotel and it takes just 15 minutes driving from hotel.
Beach is just across the road, clean, but it didn’t look so great for swimming, a lot of stones.
I would say the experience was ok, but not wow, staff was not as welcoming as in other hotels we stayed.

GGuest UserIt’s quite secluded which is why we picked it. It’s quiet and honestly a paradise. However if you want to do loads of stuff and activities you will need to get a taxi/grab/bolt everywhere, there is very little to do in walking distance and there are no paths to walk for the most part, so it really depends on what you are looking for. They have a small vehicle which goes to ao nang 4 times a day. Once in ao nang (20 mins away) you can get boats to Railay beach, or other islands. It’s busy and touristy in ao nang so the shellsea is a nice escape from this. 20 mins the other way is Krabi town which we preferred, with the mountain monument (highly recommend but only if you are fit!!). A grab/bolt here is about 180baht each way.
The hotel breakfast is lovely with coffees made to order. There is another restaurant which overlooks the beach and sea which is really nice too. The pool area overlooks the bay and is quiet and peaceful. Very well maintained and clean. There are lots of activities on at the hotel if you prefer to stay around the hotel such as Pilates, yoga, Muay Thai, kayaking, etc.
Staff are friendly and attentive.

Llj5229363The location is a bit off, but it is very quiet. The hotel can also be easily rented by car. It is suitable for a quiet holiday. The villa has all the facilities and the swimming pool is directly opposite the sea.

GGuest UserVery good. As soon as you arrive, a lot of food and drinks have been prepared. You must also experience the breakfast service. Breakfast will be cooked downstairs and there will be a barbecue in the villa. The butler will also help you book various sea tours before going out. Booking a car with a butler is much cheaper than outside! The environment is very good. I went with my friends and the overall experience was great! Recommended! ! !

GGuest UserFrom all of the hotel I been to over 20+ year of traveling over Europe and Asia I never seen any hotel as big as this not to mention the swimming pool is extremely beautiful, the service was a solid 7/10 the room 8/10 but just the look of the hotel and the swimming pool is a 100/10 and it’s even close to the beach and the night market the beach is right in front of the hotel not more than a 1 minute walk and the night market is around 5 minute away and it’s also fill with delicious food! I high recommend this hotel, such wonderful experience, it should be a tourist attraction, overall 9/10 hotel great place to stay for a while highly recommend!👍
