GGuest UserThis hotel is absolutely fantastic. For one, it's incredibly vast, yet getting around is incredibly convenient thanks to the buggy service. What's more, it features three distinct beaches, each with its own unique charm – including Lanli Beach and a smaller one perfect for swimming. There are also numerous waterside restaurants. I wouldn't say there's anything I disliked; in fact, the rooms are very new and exceptionally comfortable. Contrary to some reviews suggesting it feels old, I found it to be not old at all. Instead, it has a lovely nostalgic feel, like an American-style cabin.

GGuest UserTo celebrate my birthday, I stayed for two nights with my daughter, and it was absolutely fantastic. As it was my birthday, the hotel kindly upgraded our room. Upon arrival, the hotel manager, Ian, personally welcomed us. As he is Chinese and my English isn't very strong, he thoughtfully explained the design concept of the atrium to us in Mandarin. Our personal concierge, Na, was incredibly attentive and provided excellent service. On my birthday, I was pleasantly surprised everywhere I went – the restaurant, Spa, and sunset bar all offered special birthday wishes. It was incredibly thoughtful! The daily excursion to Hong Island provided by the hotel was also superb. We only paid a 300 Baht per person island entrance fee. The hotel provided the longtail boat, towels, and water, with a dedicated staff member accompanying us. Hong Island boasts beautiful beaches and is a great spot for snorkeling, where we saw many clownfish. I absolutely loved the hotel's peaceful atmosphere and impeccable service.

Llj5229363The location is a bit off, but it is very quiet. The hotel can also be easily rented by car. It is suitable for a quiet holiday. The villa has all the facilities and the swimming pool is directly opposite the sea.

Upgraded my room from beachfront villa to a 2bed room beachfront. Swimming pool was huge and a whole garden beach front for privacy. Breakfast was well thought out, international and thai cuisine. Resort is fairly large and have buggy cart to pick you up from room if require. Valet service (your own personal vehicle) is also available and hassle free.
We have the option for dinner at naga kitchen(couple dining) called destination dining, which was excellent and very romantic. Food was 9/10 service 9/10 atmosphere 10/10 :) Would love to visit again, and very ideal resort for special occasion.

MM350037****It takes about an hour to get to Phi Phi Island from Phuket Royal Marina by the hotel's speedboat.
The hotel front desk staff doesn't speak any Chinese, so you'll need to communicate entirely in English. You can book your return transportation when you check in.
The hotel environment is very nice, the staff are all very polite, and the rooms are clean. The only downside is the excessive number of mosquitoes! Be sure to bring your own mosquito repellent! Also, bring some mosquito patches, as there are many mosquitoes outdoors too!
The hotel has a Western restaurant, a buffet restaurant, a Thai restaurant, etc. The food quality is generally mediocre, and the prices are not cheap. The Thai restaurant is halfway up the hill, requires reservations, and it's dark with lots of mosquitoes, so I don't recommend going there.
For the return trip, I'm not sure why we shared a boat with guests from three other hotels along the way. There were a lot of people and luggage, and it was very crowded. My boyfriend and I sat together, and some white ”mean girls” commented that we were selfish and didn't understand why we didn't sit separately to maintain balance... but no other couples on the boat were sitting separately. Since we were the only two Chinese people, it's hard not to suspect discrimination.

GGuest UserIt started with the parking space in Front of the Hotel, the Reception came to the entrance to welcome us and asked for the ID/ Passport/ Credit Card and we got some refreshment. I am a Permanent Resident and this raise sometimes questions, because it's not so common. They only asked for my Driver License instead of my ID card, I guess because there is the Name in latin letters and Non Residence would have the Passport Number instead of the ID card number.
The checkin was very fast done and needed only the email and two signatures.
The room have a lot of space, a romantic lightning even in the bathroom. And it's direct at the beach.
All staff are super friendly. Even the internship in the Restaurant know was a good service is. And at the checkout we was asked to wait 5 min.. But it take less than 2 minutes. I work for hotels and know what is going on there and this is really impressive. Of course it will be in the high season not always possible to be that fast.
The breakfast buffet was more a brunch than just breakfast. From smoked salmon to cheese, even noodles with cheese, from chok to different curries was all there, different kind of bread and pastries, of course fresh fruits, a egg station and a good selection of juice and a coffee. Not every hotel offer in the low season a buffet and even less a huge buffet like this.
The location is direct on the sea and you don't see a lot of the area around, what gives 4 Stars. To go to a restaurant outside or see something nice, you need to drive. For us was this not the big issue, because we arrived anyway with the car and in 5 min. you find nice places. Also the street to the Hotel is small and some construction sides, but the people there are also all helpful.
The only part where the hotel could improve a little was the fish pond next to the Restaurant, there would be a cleaning needed. What would maybe be done at the next day. We was only one night there and this was not a real issue. But the reason why only 4 of 5 points. All another part of the hotel was in a great condition and very clean.
We loved it there and I am sure we will have some another stop overs there

AAlbertoboy JRThis was my first time staying at a hotel with traditional Thai architecture, like what you’d see in palaces and temples, and it was such a cool experience. The room was totally worth the price, clean, tidy, and pretty spacious for just me traveling alone. The vibe of the place is peaceful and perfect for relaxing, yet it’s only a few steps away from the beach!
There’s also a swimming pool which is great for families and kids friendly. Plus, there's a local night market not too far away, which was great to check out. The breakfast here was spot on, and the staff were all so nice and helpful.
Overall, I had an amazing time and would definitely come back again! 😍
