Homestays in Krabi Town

The hotel was very clean. It's a husband-and-wife run business; the male owner was exceptionally kind, friendly, and welcoming. The female owner showed us the small swimming pool and water dispenser on the first floor, taking care of everything. The air conditioner was blowing directly on the bed, but they had already installed a wind deflector and even came up to help us adjust it. We were going island hopping at 5:30 the next morning, and they contacted us the night before to arrange for our luggage to be stored in the storage room. They even helped us coordinate with the driver about the next hotel address that evening! The best of the three hotels we stayed at! Highly recommended.

Pros: Friendly and nice owner, friendly and always smiling staff, cheap, private, moderately spacious bathroom (no bathtub), no bugs in the room, I can take a shuttle to and from Aonang Beach and accommodation every time I need it (in front of Rayleigh ticket office) Cons: The distance from the beach is (the last time the tour program is over and the travel agency is the latest than other passengers), the facilities feel a bit old, the restaurant is outdoors, so I can see the ants

A lovely villa. Modern renovation, everything is there. It was nice to sit in the jacuzzi. When we checked out, they counted all the forks, spoons, etc. in front of us, which was a real surprise.

Overall, I liked the hotel. It has a nice indoor area, a clothes dryer, and you can put it next to the door. The downside is that there aren't enough shelves in the bathroom, so there's nowhere to put your toiletries. They could also provide more bottles of shower gel and shampoo. There's a kettle, but no proper cups. They provide two paper ones, but you can only drink water from them.

What I liked - a very beautiful and clean villa, large rooms with all amenities, a clean pool, and a fresh renovation. What I didn't like - there was no kitchen in the two-bedroom house, so nowhere to cook. Lizards were noisy at night, and the soundproofing wasn't great. Roosters crow in the morning, and the mosque's prayer call starts at 6 AM. The villa owner is quite strict.

Booked this place last minute. It's a bit inconvenient, but taxis are easy to get. The food options around here are actually better than Ao Nang, with a market and a buffet restaurant. Can't really compare it to Bangkok though. I won't be staying here again.

Нужно быть готовым к тому, что вокруг природа и периодически очень шумно от стрекочущих насекомых. Но к этому быстро привыкаешь. Есть прекрасный небольшой бассейн с чистой водой. Расположение подходит только если есть байк или машина. Но зато не многолюдно и достаточно тихо. Рядом с отелем есть ресторанчик с чудесным видом. Что не понравилось, так это полное отсутствие персонала и их участия. По приезду мы долго ждали, когда на ресепшен хоть кто-нибудь появится. Просто тишина и никого. Наконец, сотрудница появилась, выдала наши ключи горничной, которая нас провела к домику. Та проверила, всë ли нас устраивает и удалилась. На этом за 3 дня мы больше никого не видели. Даже табличка с просьбой убрать номер (ну хотя бы мусор выбросьте, полотенца поменяйте, много то не нужно) никого не интересовала. При отъезде мы положили ключ на так же пустующую стойку и уехали... А что делать, если действительно, нужна помощь, есть вопросы? Куда обращаться? Первый раз с таким столкнулись...

The hotel has a great location, not far from Ao Nang Beach in Krabi, opposite a McDonald's and next to a food street. There are many travel product shops nearby; a four-island tour is only a little over 1000 baht, and a shared taxi back to Krabi airport is only 150 baht. Every evening at 6:30 or 6:00 pm, there's a fire show on Ao Nang Beach, which you can tip freely. Combined with the sunset and afterglow of Ao Nang Beach, it's truly magnificent. The hotel is convenient, though not very large, but all rooms have balconies, some on the first floor, some on the second. The only downside is that you have to walk several dozen meters from the road to reach your room. Overall, it's acceptable. In Thailand, outside of Bangkok, for rooms and hotels around 300 baht in places like Krabi, Phuket, and Pattaya, don't have too high expectations. As long as it's convenient and has all the necessary amenities, it's fine.

Stayed for 3 nights with my elderly parents. It's quiet and quiet, so it's suitable for older people. The beach is also really clean and beautiful. However, you need transportation to get to food and shops.

Despite the lobby, stairs, hallways and balcony being old and shabby. The room was pretty good. The bathroom was old but clean. Shower was separated from the bathroom so water did not get anywhere else in the bathroom -which is rare. Water was hot. Beds hard (Thai standard) I arrived about 8 pm and was told no staff at the desk after 10:00 p.m. but that my key would work to get back in the doors. I went out to get something to eat and came back a few minutes after 10:00 only to realize that the key they had given me to my room was to another room. But my stuff was inside the room he took me to initially. I had a little bit of a panic since nobody was at the front desk. But I messaged through the app and was able to get it figured out. He had given me and another man the wrong key. Then I took a shower and when I got out of the shower I realized that the removable ceiling tile in the bathroom ceiling was open. Check about 45 minutes but somebody came up and put the lid back on the hole in the bathroom ceiling. Staff was responsive through the trip.com chat feature. Other than those weird things I slept good and the room was fine.
