GGuest UserOverall very low quality for a Hampton Inn. Nice staff, very old building and sketchy adjacent parking garage, elevator broken, pan handlers galore, too close to annoying homeless, ******** ***, and drunks. I walked to FedEx, then to post office, and back to the Hampton Inn today (3 blocks total) and an older man on a bicycle followed me for five minutes shouting insults and racist slurs because a i refused to give him money as I exited FedEx. There is an abundant police presence in the area but if you leave the main three blocks of Beale, drunks are hassling people for alcohol. Very sad for the well-intentioned and hard-working locals. 👎.
The breakfast at Hampton Inn was pretty good except for the gravy. This was a grey soup, not sausage gravy. Biscuits were terrific as was the staff person on duty.

赖赖Good breakfast, free parking, is in the hotel yard, safer. I didn't ask if I could have an extra bed. I should be able to take my child. Hotel location is close to the airport, very convenient.

ぽぽぽちI was worried because it was a trip by a Japanese woman alone, but both the pick-up and the front desk were able to spend it with peace of mind.
The room was also clean. It was very helpful for me who had breakfast and had no market nearby where I could easily go to the drink bar that was available at any time.

JjenwhiteMy husband and I had a good stay room was clean the guy that checked us in that night is very friendly and very helpful. Breakfast could be up graded to a hot breakfast it was pretty lame. Other that had wonderful stay. Thank you.

GGuest UserThe hotel was so bad I walked in went into the bathroom and walked out. Bathroom was dirty had hairs on the floor and dirt in the toilet. A metal frame look like they belonged in a prison cell. And there were bedbugs you could visually see on the beds. We stayed in that room for five minutes walked out and never walked back in

BBerryMichelleThe hotel have some good and bad advantages.They need to hire some more employees that cares about the hotel not just getting a pay check. They didn't have any good but vending machines. Some not all of the staff is helpful and they need to learn how to clean.
