GGuest UserGuest House was beautiful. It felt as if I was walking into a movie scene. Very beautiful place. They have a movie theater with free Elvis movies each night, food was excellent and service was superb. Location is great and very secure. I would highly recommend to anyone in the area. I wish we could have stayed longer.

BBababubuTo be honest a little pricey for a small room. But it definitely is an iconic hotel and the lobby is beautiful. Ducks are cute and the hotel is duck-themed. Parking is extremely expensive, 40 dollars.

GGuest UserThe hotel is located right at the train station, and so is perfect if you are catching the AMTRAK. The rooms were pleasant and the staff were friendly. The bar is very trendy though was understaffed and so whilst we were there, it took ages to get served.

GGuest UserOur family stopped here while traveling home. It was close to where we were and needed to just stop for the night. Quick booking through my trip app, and the guy was nice when I was checking in. The room was okay, nothing special, honestly, which was surprising since it was a higher end hotel, but it was decent as far as cleanliness and enough beds for my family of 6. The beds are not that comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was decent, and coffee was good.
Was in a good part of Memphis.

GGuest UserVery nice hotel that is on walking distance from Beale street. They have swimming pool inside, but no jacuzzi, even though I saw it on one of the pictures when booking. Breakfast is ok. Parking is $35 a day.

KKristan SnyderOne of the best hotels we have ever stayed in . Staff super friendly love this place . Bar is awesome love the video games to play in lobby . The staff is super friendly an helpful . Food is delicious . Dog friendly our puppy was so happy . Room is awesome bed is super comfortable. The shower is amazing staying another night for sure one of the best places ever !!!

GGuest UserThis hotel is very much up to date with everything. The room was very clean. Staff very nice. Food is great. No worries , no waiting, you do everything online yourself. No counter, no front desk. It was a great stay.

GGuest UserThe hotel is located on the Mississippi River in downtown Memphis. You can walk a few steps from the door to the bridge to the island, and it takes only ten minutes to walk to Beale Street. The Sheraton building is quite conspicuous and can be seen from a distance, so you don't have to worry about getting lost when you go out. The room is clean and tidy, and you can enjoy the river view and the pyramids by the large glass window.

ぽぽぽちI was worried because it was a trip by a Japanese woman alone, but both the pick-up and the front desk were able to spend it with peace of mind.
The room was also clean. It was very helpful for me who had breakfast and had no market nearby where I could easily go to the drink bar that was available at any time.

JjenwhiteMy husband and I had a good stay room was clean the guy that checked us in that night is very friendly and very helpful. Breakfast could be up graded to a hot breakfast it was pretty lame. Other that had wonderful stay. Thank you.
