4-Star Hotels in Xinyuan

I stayed for two nights and it was excellent value for money! The service was superb! The staff were proactive in helping with luggage, directing parking, and even sheltered us with umbrellas when it rained. The bed was very comfortable, and the laundry and drying facilities were super convenient, with individually packaged detergent – a really thoughtful touch. Whatever we needed, they arranged it. The lambs were incredibly cute, and the sheepdog Chocolate and her puppies absolutely melted my heart! I truly love this guesthouse. We missed the bonfire party because of the rain, but the flowers were beautiful. Overall, it definitely gets high marks! However, there were some minor issues with the room facilities: 1. The shower tended to overflow, spilling water into the outer room and toilet. 2. You had to close the toilet lid before flushing, otherwise, the tank would gurgle and splash. 3. The makeup mirror light wasn't working, which was inconvenient for women getting ready. 4. The voltage was unstable, causing the lights to flicker, and the charging ports were very slow. I reported this, and they said it was a town-wide issue that needed to be addressed by the power company. The breakfast was delicious though! I'll definitely be back – Chocolate and Wuchang (assuming this is a pet's name) must be all grown up by then!

Just arrived back to Singapore from Xinjiang, and i am already miss the cool weather and great views. After staying in many hotels and homestay, the one that left the most impression was still this 宿心一号院, was introduced by a friend and got amazed by it in many ways. Firstly the environment, Xinjiang is well-known for great natural scenes and this place demonstrates it perfectly. The yard is blooming with flowers and filled with many trees. For a second, i thought the flowers and grass are fake as they look so fine. The place is serene and chill, i could just spend the day just on the well maintaijed yard. I spent few hours on the chair on the grass patch just to look at the moutains and let the warm sun do its magic. In late April, i managed to catch both side of perks. In front of me, i am witnessing moutains turning green by day. And if i just turn around, my eyes are filled with gorgeous snow mountains. I was blown away by the scenery, and totally lost track of time. The owner spent great effort on designing the place and creating the atmosphere. You would see a friendly cat roaming around freely and few cute rabbits chewing on the grass。 was told that more flowers are hiding under the grounds and trees are waiting to bear fruits. There is a backyard where they grow vegetables and fruits, raissd over 100 chickens just to provide the freshness. They also have a tree house that is facing the river, that is where i would stay the next time. Must be great waking up to see a river in front of you. Secondly the food, they provide awesome breakfast. Organic fresh ingredients with the magic hand from the local chef make magics. I don't usually eat tomatoes but can't say no to their tomatoes fried eggs. Their chicken are self-raised and you can expect the nothing but quality. 大盘鸡 dapanji， also known as big plate chicken, love the potatoes that comes with it. The best potatoes ever! Also did order some of the local dishes, all is good. Lastly, the host and staff are the highlights of the stay. The host is a humorous gentleman that is filled with passion, he shared with me many things and can tell he loves what he do. He gave me quire a few food recommendations on the possible places to go, what to skip and what to expect. Cant find a better local guide than him. The staffs too are interesting people, managed to understand Xinjiang better with their help. It was fun to talk to young people that is filled with energy.

This guesthouse was an absolute delight, and I just have to write a glowing review! First off, the environment completely exceeded my expectations. I was anticipating a pretty standard guesthouse, but I was blown away by the stunning views right from the courtyard. Just sitting there and daydreaming was incredibly enjoyable. My parents couldn't stop taking pictures! The room itself was spotless and well-maintained, with attention to detail evident throughout. The bedding was super comfortable, and there wasn't any strange odor in the bathroom, which made for a very reassuring stay. What truly moved me was the impeccable service. On the morning of our check-in, a manager proactively reached out to ask about our arrival time and any needs we might have. We hadn't even arrived yet, and I already felt a strong sense of genuine hospitality. Later, due to a change in our travel plans, we wanted to shorten our two-night stay to one. I fully understood that this was our issue and would have completely understood if the guesthouse couldn't accommodate the change. To my surprise, when I casually mentioned it during check-in, the front desk staff actually helped us process a one-night cancellation, directly saving us money. I was genuinely shocked and thrilled, and incredibly grateful! There was also a small incident: my elderly parents left a phone behind at the guesthouse, and we hadn't even realized it yet when the guesthouse proactively contacted us. They kept it safe until we returned to pick it up on our way back home, which was incredibly thoughtful. Oh, and I must mention that the guesthouse's dog is super adorable – very friendly but also well-behaved. Everyone loved it! All in all, this was a perfect stay. From the environment and cleanliness to the service and thoughtful details, everything felt warm and reassuring. I will definitely choose this place again when I'm back in the area and will highly recommend it to my friends!

This B&B offers incredible value for money! It's super easy to find and the backyard has direct views of the green mountains, plus there's a swing and even some lambs. They bring fresh fruit and tea to the room every day. The room itself is spacious, bright, clean, and hygienic. I'll definitely book here again next time I'm in Nalati.

The room is super good and the whole house is smart. Bringing parents, they like it very much and strongly ask me to write a review. The terrace is very nice, the location is very convenient, very close to the scenic spot. The proprietress is very enthusiastic and breakfast is delicious. Come back next time. ✨

The facilities here are a big plus. The decor is simple, modern, and very chic. My wife and I really love this hotel; it's almost as good as a five-star. The location is also excellent, and they even have their own parking with EV charging stations. You can tell the owner really cares about this place. But what truly impressed me was the service. It was fantastic from the moment we arrived, with smiling staff helping us with our luggage. A special shout-out to our service butler, Hansheng – he was absolutely amazing! The owner really needs to give him a raise!

Had a very pleasant stay here. The service was excellent and the staff were very friendly and communicative. We booked 3 rooms, and the staff thoughtfully contacted us beforehand to ask whether we preferred the rooms to be near each other or to have better views even if the rooms were further apart. Really appreciate the effort and attention to detail. The hotel is about a 15-minute drive to the entrance of 那拉提景区, which is very convenient. A lovely touch was that they prepared goodie bags with mineral water and lotion for us when they saw us heading into the scenic area, and also on the day we checked out. They also introduced us to local horse riding guides for a one-hour ride into the woods. It was a very different experience compared to the horse riding activities inside the scenic area, as this one brought us deeper into the forest and felt much more authentic and peaceful. Breakfast was decent. The stay also has its own halal restaurant, which was very convenient when we were too tired or lazy to drive into town for food. Overall, a comfortable and thoughtful stay with warm hospitality.

I had such a wonderful stay here and truly want to thank all of the staff for making my trip so special. First of all, the hospitality was beyond amazing. As a foreigner who cannot speak Chinese at all, I was honestly a little nervous at first. However, every staff member tried their best to help and welcome me warmly, which touched me deeply. I would especially like to thank a staff member named Yi. She was the only person who could communicate with me fluently in English, and she helped me with absolutely everything during my stay. Because of her kindness, I never once felt uncomfortable or isolated here despite the language barrier. I would honestly give her 10000/100! The accommodation itself was also excellent. The room was very clean, cozy, and fully equipped with everything I needed. The bed was incredibly soft and comfortable, and the peaceful atmosphere allowed me to rest perfectly every night. Another thing I loved was the variety of activities offered here. Everything was amazing , horseback riding, delicious hot pot meals, and even professional photography sessions. It was my first time riding a horse, so I felt a little nervous at the beginning, but the staff took such good care of me and made me feel safe and comfortable throughout the experience. Most importantly, I was deeply impressed by the culture here. It felt so warm and heartfelt. I truly love your culture. At night, there was a campfire gathering where local staff sang songs and danced together. It was such a joyful and unforgettable experience for me. In conclusion, if I ever visit Xinjiang again, I will definitely come back and stay here. Thank you so much to every staff member for your hard work and kindness. You made me genuinely happy throughout my entire stay.

Five-star review! The hotel environment is absolutely stunning, surrounded by grasslands, and the stargazing room has an amazing ambiance. A special thank you to Nana at the front desk for her constant smile and excellent service. She patiently answered all our questions, helped us plan our itinerary, and even upgraded our room, which made us feel incredibly welcome. The hygiene was impeccable, facilities were complete, and breakfast was delicious. We'll definitely stay here again next time we visit Nalati!

To be honest my review is based on a basement room which was not ideal as the window was half way under the ground and easily people could see inside. Also the shower was terrible and once u showered the entire toilet area including part of the corridor got flooded as the drainage was blocked. It was not a good experience to be honest but I’m sure it is one of the better hotels in the area. Generally they need better hotels to be built in this area for tourist no doubt. Prices are also very high compared to other regions of Xinjiang.
