Very good, very good, very good

A somewhat missed arrival...I was promised that I would be picked up from the parking lot even if I arrived late...but when I called, there was no answer. After 10 minutes someone answered and I waited another 10 minutes for them to arrive. At -5 degrees, it's not very pleasant... The hotel is of course very beautiful, very large and very well equipped. It’s a Relais et Châteaux. On the positive side, the restaurant, very good, both for meals and breakfast, very well stocked. Very nice spa too. The room (suite) was very spacious, with a good bed, but with two major faults for me: - no blinds, and curtains which darken very poorly: guaranteed wake-up call as soon as the sun rises - quite large bathroom/dressing room, but a tiny shower! Really not pleasant for a sequel. No separate toilet either. As for the service, it is quite variable: excellent in the restaurants / Bar, very inefficient for the rest (pick up from the parking lot, bring things to the rooms). No evening service worthy of the name either.

Magnificent hotel, top staff, delicious restaurant. I recommend, top room. Excellent hiking bag on loan, excellent hotel location, swimming pool as well. Magnificent place for hiking.

We discovered Saas-Fee and the Walliserhof Hotel, thanks to a gift given to us for our wedding. It must be said that the service at this Hotel is magnificent. A few days before the Hotel will contact you by email to prepare you for this experience and also to give you all the necessary instructions for your trip. Saas-Fee is a mountain village where cars and other vehicles are prohibited. When we arrived at the bus station in Saas-Fee, we contacted the Hotel and not even 3 minutes later an electric vehicle arrived to take us to the Hotel with all our trips, including skis. The room was very complete, spacious, with quality bedding, a bathroom with bathtub, shower and separate toilet, small living room fridge, etc. The only slight inconvenience was the instructions for using the television which was not understandable... After the welcome drink from the Hotel (a glass of magnificent Valais white wine) we presented ourselves at the restaurant, which was already waiting for us. with appetizer, starter, main course and dessert. The wine that was recommended to me was magnificent. The next sunny day, we discovered the Saas-Fee ski area. Breathtaking. Gorgeous. We climbed up to 3,600 meters and skied on the glacier. After skiing, we relaxed in the Walliserhof spa. A totally unexpected spa and bigger than imagined. Wowww The cleanliness of this Hotel is impeccable. Even the large, well-ventilated smoking room is well stocked with Cuban cigars and single malts. The service was always attentive to our requests. An experience that we will not forget.

Our expectations were exceeded - perfect stay in every way! Magnificent room and competent, attentive and very professional staff and a small parting gift - we will come back to see you with great pleasure.

The favorite of our hotels, whether it is the reception, the restaurant, the rooms, the spa, the friendliness of the staff, the quality of the food served, everything is at the top. We come every year and will continue!

The 6 of us (a mixed family group aged 21 to 58) really enjoyed our 10-day stay at the Waliser Hof. It wasn't cheap but it was worth every penny! The only thing that seemed unusually high to us was the price of drinks at the bar and at dinner. Non-alcoholic drinks should be included in half-board!

Hotel well located in the middle of the village. All amenities are accessible from the magnificent swimming pool to the sauna. We will pick you up directly from the parking lot. At reception we take care of everything. A wonderful restaurant with a superb breakfast.
