Friendly and clean hotel with great location next to Alpin ski lift. We stayed bed and breakfast and also used the basement wellness area after skiing. There’s a ski hire shop next door offering a discount to guests of the hotel. This is in a quiet part of the village and it’s a short walk to the restaurants which suited us very well.

Decent place, friendly service. Quick pickup from car park. Good location, close to lift. Nice small spa, naked area. Rooms ok, a bit dated. Breakfast typical Swiss. Would return for a short break. Not top luxury but decent.

Des chambres chers de la literie de mauvaise qualité, une chambre où il faisait froid et où il fallait faire du bricolage pour fermer ses rideaux et surtout un directeur antipathique. Nous voulions aller au spa vers 13h, nous étions en robe de chambre et on croise le directeur dans les couloirs : sans nous dire bonjour et sur un ton très désagréable il nous dit : « le spa ouvre à 15h00 !!!! » on s’est vraiment pas senti les bienvenus dans cette hôtel et quand on veut facturer 280.- la chambre il faut assurer au niveau qualité de la literie, entretient de son hôtel …. Un grand Big Up à la jeune fille qui faisait les shuttle ainsi que les chambres , elle était super souriante , avenante et donnait une super image à l’hôtel qui en a bien besoin…

buona posizione i servizi compreso la colazione sono all'altezza del prezzo. Buona accoglienza, un po' meno il giorno della partenza, non é stato offerto il servizio navetta e l'impiegato (uomo) alla reception non era per niente gentile.

Our luggage was lost and the staff was so friendly to us helping in every way possible. They called restaurants for us our first night as our phones weren't working and it was late on a Saturday. They honestly cared about us and when our luggage finally arrived, they were as excited as us! They were very responsive via email prior to our stay and spoke great English. We had 2 rooms next to each other with a quiet , private little alcove to add privacy for when we frequently moved between rooms. This is directly across from one of the gondolas (we skied 3 days). We could easily walk to the restaurants, shops, and we did so quite often. They were super responsive picking us up from the bus stop too. We'd stay here again for sure.

Abbiamo alloggiato all'hotel Alpin nella prima settimana di gennaio. Partendo dalla posizione della struttura, è super consigliata in quanto di fronte alle seggiovie, quindi comodissima. La stanza era decisamente ampia, magari il bagno non era un granché, ma ci si passa sopra tranquillamente grazie alla vista, assolutamente FOLLE. La stanza era al quinto piano e dava verso la montagna e le piste. Molto carina anche la spa presente nell'hotel, minimal ma con tutto l'essenziale. Infine, la sera ci siamo fermati a mangiare lì, propongono un menù fisso di 3 portate che ho trovato molto buono e con un prezzo super onesto per Saas-Fee. Anche la colazione buona, sia salata che dolce. Infine, personale molto gentile e disponibile. Insomma, ci siamo trovati molto bene, sicuramente da tornare in un posto magico come Saas-Fee e appoggiarsi all'Alpin.

I've stayed in many Saas-Fee hotels over the years and, on balance, I have to report this hotel has the very best location of them all. Right by the electric bus stop for the nursery slopes, next door to the main Alpin Express lift, virtually ski to the door. Pleasant walk to bars and restaurants. Comfortable and large, if not luxurious rooms, friendly service, adequate breakfast, again if nothing outstanding. Bar lacks a little bit of atmosphere. Spa facilities are good with jaccuzzi, sauna, steam room and relaxing water beds. All in all, plenty of bang for your buck!

Eigentlich 0 Punkte für die wohl frechste und unfreundlichste Bedienung! Als eine Gruppe von sieben Personen wollten wir freundlich morgens Kaffe bestellen! Die Bedienung hat uns frech ins Gesicht gesagt, sie hätte keine Lust und wir sollen gehen!
