這種酒店其實就是私人店，老闆兼服務員和保安就是一個藏民，根本不知道什麼是服務，衹要入住別提任何問題和要求老闆什麼都不懂也不知道，其實客人就是買個住的房間一切別奢望。酒店沒有早餐。酒店大堂及房間滿股藏味很嗆鼻。沒有淋浴房衹有一個花灑，馬桶衞生很臟，房間也沒人打掃，毛巾都是黃色戴斑漬，湊合著住一晚也就這意思。酒店門口停車位就四五個，來晚就沒停車位。酒店隔音極差，隔壁聲音全都聽得清楚，一個民宿而已。

看得出來老闆初心想好好做酒店，可各種服務都跟不上，但薩嘎酒店整體都那樣，顯得也就是一般水平，作為旅遊縣城，希望能改進。
