Vienna 3 Best Hotel (Saga Branch)
"This stay at the Vienna Hotel was truly unacceptable. It completely failed to live up to its advertised three-star standards and was unworthy of the nearly 500-600 yuan price tag. First, the amenities were shockingly poor. The room fixtures were generally old and poorly maintained, and they were difficult to use. They lacked the cleanliness and standard expected of a three-star hotel. Even more outrageous, the soap provided looked like the kind of low-quality product you'd find in a budget B&B. It had a pungent smell and a rough texture, completely inconsistent with the hotel's pricing, making one wonder if they were completely unscrupulous in their pursuit of cost-cutting. Second, the service was indifferent and perfunctory throughout. Check-in was inefficient, and questions about room amenities were met with vague, impatient responses. During my stay, I contacted the front desk, but their responses were also slow and unresponsive. The hospitality and professionalism expected of a service provider were completely absent. For the price, I expected a worthy accommodation experience, but instead, I was met with subpar facilities, inferior supplies, and poor service. I sincerely do not recommend it, and I hope the hotel addresses these issues, otherwise it will only damage its reputation."

"Because of the headache of oxygen loss at 9 o'clock in the morning, the hotel front desk asked me to go to the nearby hospital, dizzy, isn't booking your hotel just for oxygen? And the hotel did not clearly inform the consumer of the oxygen supply time period, the body was uncomfortable and could not be the next itinerary, and stayed for another day. The hotel front desk turned over twice and asked me to refund the money and let me go to other hotels to help me carry my luggage. The tone and attitude really made me feel more uncomfortable. Such a chain of hotels should strengthen comprehensive training for employees, not push the problem to consumers. The sanitation is also very dirty, the floor and furniture are gray, the front desk said that I opened the window to ventilate the gray, I opened it because I had a headache and lack of oxygen at about 10 o'clock in the morning after the oxygen was cut off at 9 o'clock in the morning, and I called you within an hour. Is it so gray? There is also a TV that was disconnected from last night... The shower water was warm from last night to the next morning. The front desk said it was normal, but I was still very hot in the bath the night before, and the shower head hit me... The bedside socket is loose (easy to leak electricity), the sand kettle has dirty things... Totally add up, A chain hotel like this shouldn't be to debug the basic things before the guests check in, okay? It should be a management problem. Well, the requirements in this place have to be lowered, but isn't hygiene the most basic? There is a saying that their hotel solves things quickly. The TV will also inform the laundry room intimately."
