自助check-in非常不便，不是某些酒店有自助check-in 或 check-out 機方便及易用。網上登記完要再按枱頭skype等reply,但等好耐都無人理會，最後有位日本遊客幫忙致電酒店才有password 入房，足足需要1小時，非常不貼心。

自助入住，第一次入住還是花了一些時間。工作人員在pad上指導入住，如果能在入住pad上提供中文説明就更好了。

離佐賀車站走路五分鐘距離，很方便。無人前台，需要提前把入住訊息通過網站填寫好後，入住時會減少時間，也可通過平板進行視頻溝通（客服好像都是東南亞人，日語水平一般），房間衞生都還不錯，進出需要酒店發送的密碼進行開鎖，每層兩户。

公寓式酒店，離JR車站超近，房間面積超大，乾淨整潔。附近各種美食居酒屋遍佈，非常適合佐賀小住2日。性價比高。
