It might be fun to imagine it as a secret base where the equipment is no longer functional and for some reason electricity and water are still running.

It's cheap and within walking distance of the station, which is great. There's a convenience store nearby in just a minute, and a ramen shop too. However, drunk people and young people are noisy in the nearby parking lot. Even on weekdays. I wanted to close the window. But if I do, the room will be dirty and I'll want to ventilate it next time. The air conditioner, lights, window frames, under the bed, common areas, etc. are so dusty that it looks like they haven't been cleaned even once this year. I've posted some photos. If the health center came, I think they'd be in trouble. The cleaning around the bed is nice, but they should add more cleaning checklists. It's such a waste. I think it's so you can sleep well, but the room is dark. There are no outlets around the bed. I think that's inconvenient.

If you're looking for a place to sleep, this is the best place. If you're looking for something else, maybe you should look elsewhere? Also, there are a lot of universities in the area, and the top image is from Aoyama Gakuin University, so this is perfect for people like that.

I wonder if there are many people who stay for multiple nights? There is a supermarket nearby, so you won't have any trouble with shopping. There are also many izakayas, so you won't have any trouble finding something to eat or drink.

It was convenient that it was close to the exam venue. Unfortunately, the room wasn't very clean. However, it's in a good location, so I'll use it again.

The izakaya on the second floor was great. The manager and the other staff were especially friendly. The fish preparation skills of the uncle were also superb.

There are only smoking rooms. . I had no choice but to check out early because the smell of cigarettes was so strong. It would have been nice if a non-smoking room was available.

Like last time, the price was reasonable. It was close to the station and there were places to eat nearby, so I was able to stay there without worry.

It was a very rare hotel. The room was full of dust and smelled strongly of cigarettes, so I had an air purifier, so I ran it on full blast. The bathroom was small, and the gasket of the toilet seemed to be damaged, so the water wouldn't turn off properly. The temperature of the water was not stable, and it would sometimes get hot or lukewarm, making it impossible to take a shower in peace. I was a little annoyed that I was refused to store my luggage after checking out. Since the price is the price, I might give up if I decide to just sleep there, but I wonder if there will be another one.

I use it on business trips, but I am very satisfied with the price. There is no air conditioning at the front desk, and the procedure after check-in is sweaty... It's great to be colder!

The communication from the hotel receptionist is very good! I asked about the convenience facilities. I heard that there are things for two people, but maybe because it is a single room, there is only one cup in the refrigerator. It might be okay, but a bit disappointing.
