"The breakfast service is quite basic and room looks a little poor but it is just okay for your stomach. Others are quite the same as other standard business hotels. You can also use a parking near by at a fair price. Many restaurants, Izakaya and most importantly Donki are located near the hotel."

"The hotel room was large, larger than most Japanese hotels, and the environment was nice. However, there was a strange, persistent noise in the room that I couldn't get rid of. I had to wear earplugs to sleep. The hotel service was very poor. The front desk staff were unfriendly, and most importantly, I lost my water bottle at the hotel. They said they could only ship it within Japan with cash on delivery. I provided my Japanese friend's address, but two weeks have passed and I haven't heard from them or heard if they've sent it back. Compared to when I lost my cardholder in Kyoto and they sent it back to China for free, this service was truly appalling. Although I didn't need them to ship it for free, the lack of even basic follow-up was completely contrary to the impression of Japanese hotels. It was probably the worst hotel I've ever stayed in in Japan in terms of service."
