Great location, great hotel, and wonderful service! Family of four, we booked a double and it was a nice room with two double beds. Although a bit small, it was fine for us and we were happy to have a microwave, etc that made it feel homey. The hotel was quiet, the a/c good, and the water pressure strong. The location is perfect, just a few minutes away from the Hachioji Eki and all the various conveniences there. Staff was very nice, check-in was smooth and quick, and check-out was as simple as dropping off our card key. We mistakenly left a pair of pajamas in the room and the wonderful staff was able to locate it and send it to us, already in another prefecture, the next day. Thank you so much!! This kindness will not be forgotten and we would love to return to this hotel the next time we visit the area.

It was convenient because it was close to the station and there was a parking lot. The key is not a card, but the staff are kind. Breakfast was also very good

The location is good, the room is renovated or beautiful? Some places. The air conditioner remains old and sounds quite good. Train station, convenience store, shopping mall in walking distance. Located in the middle of Tokyo and Mt Fuji. Stay here if you are looking for peace, stay out of the city crowd (especially Tokyo, Shinjuku area), but you have to sacrifice some travelling time. We had a chill and relax trip, and really had fun throughout our 8nights stay here. Hotel's receptionist can communicate well in English, but not to nearby shops/stores. No worries much cause simple English or google translate works well too in Japan. Hotel does provide self service laundry at 3rd floor (few hundred yens only to both wash & dry)

It is a distance to walk from Hachioji Station, but it is a little scary because you have to walk on the street with a lot of customers until arrival. The shower water was good and the drain was not packed.

The room was very clean and had plenty of amenities. The bathroom was also spacious and comfortable. The low bed made the room feel spacious and I was able to stay very comfortably.

Breakfast is ok. Eat early for breakfast, and have rice topped with curry sauce. The rice is good, and the rice is much better than domestic ones. The hotel is close to the station and the transportation is convenient. There are parking lots and not many parking spaces.

The cooling/heating in the room is not very controlled, and there is a smell in the corridor of the room. However, it is in an excellent location. There are everything around, including convenience stores, supermarkets, restaurants, department stores, stations...there are many parking lots around. There are hotels, but they can only park small cars. If given the chance, I would still choose this hotel.

It is Toyoko inn, Japan's largest hotel chain, very cost-effective hotel, very new, looks like a newly renovated, very clean, even the bathroom has no sanitary corner, the bath water is very hot and very comfortable. Breakfast is light and simple, but you can eat enough. The toiletries were placed at the front desk, and the DHC toiletries were prepared very intimately. The front desk checked in directly with the machine. There was a Chinese version. The only unreasonable thing was to check in at 4 pm, check out at 10 am, and you can't check in early. Everything else is perfect! Grab the sofa!

What was disappointing was the restaurant, and it was a big minus that it took a lot of time to serve. I wonder if it took more than ３０ minutes to provide the sashimi. I was surprised that the main came first for some reason. Breakfast was also served late, so late customers were crowded in the lobby. ④ＳＤＧｓ To be clear, this is ruining this hotel. ＳＤＧｓ I think it should be enlightened, but what this hotel is doing is clearly a cost reduction named ＳＤＧｓ. It is because guests stay at a high price hotel to experience the extraordinary feeling, and I think that the real pleasure of staying at a hotel is to enjoy the equipment and amenities that the hotel is particular about. Even so, this hotel stingy with a toothbrush. (One ５００ You can choose whether to buy a high bamboo toothbrush or bring it with you in the mystery of the yen) There are only the minimum amenities in the room.
