The stay was very comfortable the staff was very helpful they all treat us very friendly I feel like I was staying at my home the recep Staff was very good special thanks to Miss neha she was very kind we all stayed here for wedding functions and during the function she really helped us regarding everything

Chandigarh is the second best hotel for a good value for money! Beautiful environment and quiet! The room was comfortable and clean! It is a super cost-effective hotel! Recommended stay

Hotel is average however that's a good stay .we would like to thanks om singh for helping us ,I lost my volet and I tried to find everywhere but unable to found. After that i contact om he was the floor manger off our floor that was our good luck, he checked camera and help us to get the person who kept with .thank you om ji hamesha milna chahenge apse. The food was very tasty.Staff was very polite and helpful. Kajal is very nice and polite would like to appreciate her assistance.Chef prince is kind gentleman i had a long day i wanted to have chapatti he take care of my food and I recieved on time. Keep it up guys. I would like to say thanku to all the chef who cooked so a delicious food.

Liked it so much............ Proper precautions were taken by the staff............... This is a safe place. Food was very tasty 😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋 and rooms were super cool 😊😊..... The thing I liked the most was the beautiful view of Chandigarh International airport which was clearly visible from my room......... They also provide the pick and drop services from or to the airport at a very nominal charge...... .

Hey everyone, I wanted to share how great my experience was at this hotel. The ambience is fantastic, and the staff, from ground level to the top, knows exactly how to handle guests. They welcome you warmly, no matter who you are. I particularly appreciated their service. I shared my previous awful experience at Golden Plaza just the day before, where they messed up my fiancée's birthday. In response, this hotel upgraded my room for free and gave me one with a front view. One small detail that made a big difference for me was their attention to personal care. In many hotels, even those of a 3-star caliber, you usually get the basics like shampoo, soap, and lotion. However, here, they went the extra mile by providing packed toothbrushes and toothpaste, which left a positive impression. They also have ample parking space. A friend of mine had to wait in the lobby because his bus was scheduled for 3 AM. The staff not only allowed him to wait in the waiting area but also provided him with a blanket and pillow. I truly appreciate the level of care and professionalism shown by the staff. It's rare to find a team that treats guests so well, both as professionals and as fellow human beings. Thanks a bunch for the exceptional service!
