Stayed here for one night before an early flight. The room was clean and comfortable, view to the Airport and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The on-site restaurant is currently under renovation, but this was well managed with no construction noise at all. The free shuttle to the airport takes about 5 minutes, which makes this hotel very convenient for transit stays. Overall a pleasant, hassle-free stopover.

The location is superb, walkable distance to Darul Hana bridge, India Street, Carpenter Street and Borneo Cultures Museum. Plaza Merdeka is right beside the hotel, you can go to the mall through hotel lobby. I love how comfy the bed is and receptionist is very kind and helpful. Highly recommended!

The location is right in the city center, and the room environment is quite good. There are also many great food options near the hotel, and if you want to buy local specialties, they're all close by. Transportation is convenient too. The only minor inconvenience is the parking, which is a bit limited. The main drawback, however, is that the soundproofing in the rooms is very poor.

This is an above average hotel by far I've stayed. My husband and I stayed for 3 nights at StayInn Apt which was just slightly cheaper but was way below this hotel's standard. We felt very comfortable staying here. In addition, it's very neat to many attractions within walking distance and there is a free bus 103 from open air market towards airport plus a few attractions on the way to airport. Highly recommended hotel for comfort and money worth.

Convenient location opposite a local eatery area and coin-laundry across the road from the main entrance. There is direct access via a glass door from lobby to Boulevard Mall which has a small food court, smart supermarket, Watson, Guardian, Pizza Hut, Mr DIY. Hotel pool & gym at level 6. The gym has spacious floor space including 2 separate areas for yoga and exercises, away from the good range of equipment & free weights. My corner Deluxe room is spacious (45 M2,) with separate sitting area and even a timber deck for kids or exercises. Big comfortable bed/firm mattress, clean shower/bath room with strong water pressure, window offers good view of Kuching city all way to Matang and Santubong. Breakfast buffet offers both Malaysian & Western hot food, fruits, salad and yoghurt, tea, coffee, teh tarik and fruits drink.

Must choose river view room, it can see the whole Kuching river front especially in the night. The location is very convenient for food searching. The breakfast is very scrumptious and there is a wide variety of food choices in the buffet.

Good location. Can walk around in evening or night lepas habis your day trip . Take a picture at cat monumen, naik sampan rm1 to kampung apposite the hotel, jalan2 di waterfront, jalan2 di bridge , ada budget lebih boleh naik night cruise. Nak makan di Topspot pun jalan kaki shj.

Location:Very close to airport. Below is 7-11,and mamak store. Very good location. Cleaniness:Bed sheet has stain ,toilet have small crocoach. Toilet water stuck. Room is smelly Facility: Toilet door no lock. Have hot water. Provide soap and towel only. Charger got two, one beside the bed, one behind the tv. Behind the tv have limited spare, cant use for phone charger

What i love the most is the pillow...so comfortable and i forgot to ask what the brand is because i feel so good while sleeping since i have a back pain. The food is delicious especially laksa sarawak..feel soooo good.The location is also nice within tourist attraction.

I stayed at Kingwood Hotel for 5 nights and had a pleasant experience overall. The biggest highlight was the stunning sunset view of the Rajang River which I absolutely loved it. The service was very good, and I appreciated the convenient parking as well as the swimming pool facilities. However, the breakfast selection was quite limited. During my 5 nights stay, the food options were mostly the same, alternating between days, which became repetitive. Overall, it was a comfortable stay, and I would recommend it, especially for the river view and good service.
