I had a fantastic stay . From the moment I checked in, the staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. The room was impeccably clean and well-maintained, thanks to the excellent housekeeping service provided by Rockey kaushal. His attention to detail and commitment to ensuring everything was perfect truly enhanced my experience. The rest of the staff were equally helpful and courteous, always ready to assist with a smile. The hotel’s amenities, combined with the warm and welcoming atmosphere, made my stay a memorable one.

We stayed at this property on way to Manali as well as while returning from Manali. The rooms are clean and nicely decorated. The buffet breakfast is well spread. The food quality is good. The property is conveniently located near highway. Overall a recommended hotel while staying in Zirakpur.

As i use IHG Holiday Inn Brand internationaly and i booked forst time in Zirakpur i love the service they guys provide staff were helpfull and friendly everything is near by if you guys want to do shopping or night out this is the best place to stay in so what to think for plan ahead to stay Holiday Inn chandigarh next time 🥂 cheers🤙

I would like to share my experience in Staying with BEST WESTERN Hotel Maryland. I was travelling from Manali to Jaipur with my Family & Children’s, I checked in on 22/1/2023 and Checked out on 23/1/2023, I took a 4 rooms of Executive Categories. Our rooms was stinking so badly with smoke & Alcohol, and the pillow cover’s was also not clean properly. When i asked the management to please help me out because my niece and nephew was not feeling comfortable in that smoky rooms and there’s no option available for ventilation. But they just came up with a Room spray which was not enough to stayed in those rooms. Anyways! the best part of the hotel is they are charging of anything you order more than the MRP, like for example i have ordered a Bisleri water bottle in my room, and the price was mentioned ₹20 on that bottle but they have charged 4x times on the MRP price, and if you request them to please take it back as I don’t need it, than it’s not possible according to them because the bill was already printed and now you have to pay for it unless you need it on not. If you don’t trust me, please see the attached photo of that bill. Although hotel is new with all the basic amenities, rooms are good enough because its a new property but the staff is very incompetent with there customers specially new customers. I met with Mr. PANKAJ in Restaurant, I don’t even think so that he’s completed his Hotel Management Course Afterwards at the Time of Checked out I met with the Lady on the Front desk Miss/Mrs. NIRMLA has a very bad attitude and was very rude with myself & others. Overall:- I had a very Nasty experience to Staying in Chandigarh, it would be much better if i could stayed in other hotel.

Loved our stay in this property. Food - breakfast spread was great, services were good, rooms were clean and spacious. Overall very comfortable stay. The property is little far -10km from the tourist spots but wasn't problem.
