The staff was very responsive and friendly. I thought it was a great stay. It is an older hotel, and it shows its age but they do a great job making sure you have an excellent visit.

Their reservation system charged us twice and the duty manager kept arguing with us that it didn't even when we showed them on our banking app. One elevator didnt work but there are no signs posted. The room was pretty basic, the fridge barely worked, there were barely enough towels. As a Hilton Honors member i was pretty disappointed with the hotel and the service.

The music was too loud in the breakfast area. Quiet is good. Usually just tv news with close captions. No one wants loud music.

Very nice hotel with great staff. We had the best room in the hotel (401). top floor corner which means you have the best view from the balcony and usually a breeze too. I would highly recommend asking for a 4th floor room if you have a room with ocean view reserved.

I have to say that I enjoyed my stay at this place in spite of several issues. First of all, the toilet did not work when I got there. A repair man came up and fixed it and it worked the rest of the stay. But it did act strangely. Next the sink did not drain very well and then the TV remote worked only partially. Also, I would say that the bed was a little on the hard side. But in spite of all this I did like the stay over all. The room was clean and spacious with a balcony. The HVAC worked very well. It was fairly quiet. The breakfast was maybe better than average for this type of establishment. It was right by the beach, so you could easily walk out there. It was fairly close to several restaurants that were pretty good. The Wi-Fi was decent. The staff seemed nice. And the price was not bad. So, in spite of all the shortcomings, I would actually stay at this place again. But it is certainly no luxury place. Expected basic services with basic decor.

Great stay, the greeting by the front dest was pleasant. He has a great sense of humor! Wonderful staff, all were friendly. The ocean view from our room was amazing. The room was big very clean and everything worked.Surprisingly good breakfast. We highly recommend staying here.
