Stayed here for the night of a concert at the st augustine amphitheater. Location and price perfect for our needs. Room was spotless. Staff genuinely friendly. Beyond comfortable king sized bed - we had the best sleep in ages! Will definitely stay again

We booked the Inn to stay 1 night after a concert at the St. Augustine Amphitheater. We arrive at the Inn with just enough time to freshen up before the concert. It looked like some guests were permanent residents, with their doors open and men walking around shirtless. When we entered the room, it smelled bad, musty. The comforter had stains. While getting ready in the bathroom mirror, I felt water on my feet. Water was leaking through the wall onto the bathroom floor. I could see where they tried to stop the leak with sylacone glue around the floor edge. The FINAL STRAW, the windows DID NOT LOCK! Once we noticed this, it was time to go to our concert. We packed EVERYTHING back into the car and left. On the way home we dropped off the key in the mailbox as the office was closed. Our 1 hour stay was too expensive. We drove back home 2 hours instead of staying there.

Stayed here a couple nights for a concert at the amphitheater. Staff was friendly, rooms were clean and very affordable. Perfect location for the venue and walking around main area of bars and restaurants.
