"The hotel environment is nice, clean, hygienic, and safe. The toiletries are Dove, there's a good coffee machine, and the breakfast is quite plentiful. The only downside is that parking costs $10."

"A great location for exploring St Augustine, the centre of which is about 15 mins walk from the hotel. The room was easily accessible from the car park and there was a nice pool. There was a fair amount of road noise, so not the place to go if you require total peace, but this didn’t disturb me."

"A very disappointing stay. The hotel is an older place and it seems tired. The carpets are in need of shampooing, the bathrooms are in need of updating, and the appliances, I.e. fridge needs to be replaced. When we checked in, it seemed as if our room was barely touched. There was still toothpaste residue on the mirror in the bathroom, a sure sign that the cleaner just walked in and walked out. The fridge in our room couldn’t be used because it was being defrosted, which leaked out onto the carpet, so there was a wet spot to avoid our entire stay. When we turned on the shower, the entire fixtures moved, the handle, the faucet, the shower head. And speaking of turning on, when we turned the sink on there was water leaking on to the floor, insane. The one thing that kinda put me over the edge though, was the coffee service. It was kept in the bathroom; why the bathroom, that just seems odd to me. It’s as if The Radisson wasn’t even trying with this place. They bought it, slapped a coat of paint on it and called it good. Very disappointed The only saving grace for this place is the staff. They were quite friendly and helpful. Without them I would have just canceled my stay and took my business elsewhere."

"The reception was friendly and informative. Housekeeper was nice. She asked if we needed our room refreshed. The location to St George Street wasn't too far of a walk. Just under a mile to cross the St John's River to reach Saint George street."

"The staff at Comfort Suites were helpful and friendly. The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable and I loved that there was a separate lounge area. Breakfast was also included and there was a decent range of food. I would definitely stay again and would highly recommend"
