Beautiful property where you immediately feel comfortable. Loved the afternoon snack time, and the special touches. Nicely located near anything you’d want to go see!

They make the best breakfast daily. In fact we wished we could have just eaten every meal there. It is within a mile of everything in the Historic area. We got to see all the rooms and they are all cute. At night you get a fresh baked pastry and a drink and veggies with dill dip.

Everyone was so kind and accommodating. Food was delicious! Location was amazing - right off St. George street - making it easy to walk to everything! Will return.

My husband and I are still talking about our stay at Casa de Suenos! In all of our travels throughout the years, nothing compares to the hospitality we received here. The staff couldn't have been any more charming and accommodating. We stayed 5 nights and were served a different, amazing breakfast each morning. To top it off, each day at 5:00 they had a social hour for guests complete with drinks, snacks and a personalized box that contained a homemade dessert for when you returned for the evening. Our large room was on the ground floor. It was very quiet and comfortable. Once we parked the car on the property we didn't need it but once (used it to go to the beach one day). Everything else was within walking distance. Can't wait to go back!

Me and my wife really enjoyed our romantic getaway at this quaint Bed & Bath. Love St. Augustine and this place really made it more special. Everything you could ask for was there and we were well taken care of. Very quiet evenings in the center of town, nice breakfast options , close to all sites and best dining choices nearby. You won't find a friendlier group of people who work as Inn Keepers here. They go out of their way to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The location is great in relation to the historic district, and providing free parking is a God Send! I do suggest when you book a room, do not book the Saragoosa room. It is directly next to the dining room, so while you're trying to sleep in, you'll be awaken to breakfast being set up and to the other guests coming down to eat, their conversations, etc. There is also a window above the door that allows the hallway light to shine in your room. This just needs a blackout shade and problem solved. Ladies, the bathroom in this room has a pedestal sink, so be prepared, as there isn't a place to set out your makeup or toiletries. As I said earlier, this place is great, just know where your room is located, so you'll love everything about your stay.

Casa De Suenos was very charming place. My husband and I thought it was perfectly situated for us. The street was quiet and we had a place to park. While in town we walked everywhere because we enjoy walking. The Flagler College was a fairly short walk as well as most everything else. The staff were very friendly. Breakfasts were delicious. I really spent a lot of time searching for a good spot for my husband and I and I’m very glad this was the place I chose. We would definitely stay on our next visit.

The bed and breakfast was wonderful. The staff of Anthony, TIna and Kelly are very friendly and there to help you with anything. Happy hour is 5-6 and they go overboard with appetizers and drinks. The breakfast is excellent. I would highly recommend Casa de Suenos, you will enjoy your stay.

Casa de Suenos was a first class B and B. The innkeeper, Patrick was very welcoming. The inn is just lovely with every amenity you can imagine from a great breakfast, to midday munchies and wine or beverages to 24 hour coffee choices. The rooms are lovely , again with every first class amenity you could hope for. We enjoyed our stay there and definitely would stay again if we are back in St. Augustine!
