It reminder me of the old fashioner motel, quant!
They did some upgrades to the rooms, very nice and helpful staff.
Walkable to food and sightseeing We’ll be back for a few more days.

The room i stayed was very nice except for the window when blinds are closed still have lights from outside that bothers me, i like to sleep in dark, so perhaops curtains would be nice to have. the bathroom shower curtain have some mildew on it. other than that it was great stay and i would definitely come back !

Best views of the water we’ve ever had! Nicest staff ever, they went above and beyond to accommodate our family! We will definitely stay here next time we visit St. Augustine. The breakfast was so different from other hotels. It’s very homey and inviting.

This place is worked well for us on our sightseeing trip to St Augustine. Our room was large enough, with a good king-sized bed. Staff were VERY helpful and friendly (and the other guests were nice, as well). Breakfast was good, though yogurt and more fruit would have been nice. The egg tarts were very good. This motel is situated directly across Matanzas Bay from St Augustine. A bridge about 0.3 miles long connects the property to the town. It's a short walk and scenic, potentially saving a lot of parking fees. The bridge does have a drawbridge, so it periodically closes for a few minutes. Overall, the location is nice. The property is RIGHT on the bay, and there is even a tiny "beach." People were fishing just 100-200 feet away. In summary, this is a good choice for a visit to the area. Keep in mind that there are also a lot of attractions on the sane side of the bridge as the motel (Alligator Farm, Lighthouse Museum, St John's County Pier), and some very nice restaurants.

Beautiful view. Can't beat it. Super nice and accommodating employees. Very walkable to everything. This is definitely a hidden gem that you do not want to pass up. They even offer breakfast and a cute social hour happy hour with snacks and a glass of wine.

Staff was wonderful, rooms were very nice and the view was beautiful. A hidden gem . We stayed here 13 years ago and loved it so much we are back again. Can't wait to stay a 3rd time. We love everything about this hotel . And so convenient from downtown ST. Augustine.

The man and the retired, gray haired woman at check in were lovely. The breakfast woman could be more pleasant—she seemed unhappy in her job. I liked the view, the sitting area outside and inside, and what appeared to be a new shower. The daily wine and snacks were a treat and the breakfast was okay. The room was quiet and clean except for dust on the bedside appliances and a very dirty glass (not dusty…it looked used and unwashed). I did not report these to the front desk; if I had, I feel certain they would have been fixed. I would stay here again.
