My husband and I stayed at the Kenwood Inn to celebrate our 25th Anniversary. This was our first trip to St. Augustine. I spent hours looking through hotel and Inn options when deciding where to stay. We chose the Kenwood Inn since it is in the historic district, has a pool and serves breakfast. We were very pleased with everything about our stay from the moment we walked into the Kenwood Inn. It is beautifully decorated with antiques and amazing chandeliers. We loved the outdoor porches, patio and pool areas. We especially enjoyed the wonderful 3 course breakfasts each morning on the back porch. Chef Adam is amazing! The location was perfect for us. Easily walkable to all the restaurants, shops, historic sites and St. George Street, but in a more quiter area. We also enjoyed taking a bike ride through the residential area on the bikes at the Inn and the afternoon wine and cookies after site seeing to relax before dinner. We stayed in the Blue Porcelain room and loved it with the king bed, pretty accessories and porch right outside. I highly recommend the Kenwood Inn and hope to visit again.

Nice B&B for solo travelers! The Kenwood is your home away from home. Pat will take good care of you. Gourmet breakfast on the patio is just the cherry on top. Walkable location to everything. Come back hot and sweaty and get in the shady refreshing pool. Each room is individually decorated and unique. I loved the first floor Olde English room I had! I will not stay anywhere else when visiting St.augustine!

My husband and I had the best time! The Kenwood Inn is a wonderful bed and breakfast. We were in the the Olde English Suite, a very pretty room with a wonderful shower! Breakfasts were so nice, sitting out back with the Koi pond and water falling in the background, the tables were dressed so nicely, and the food was great! Pat is a wonderful hostess and all those who work there are so kind.

Gorgeous Inn! Exemplary service! Huge room! Delectable breakfasts! Outside patio, coy pond, and plants/flowers were spellbinding! Pat, Allison and team were very accommodating, perfectionist in food design and B&B decor. Very close to downtown festivities, restaurants 2-3 minutes away when walking. The Bay (intercostal) was a 2 minute walk. Very safe! Will be back again this year and beyond!

This is my 3rd visit to Kenwood Inn! I wanted to share it with my mom and mother in law for Mother’s Day! It did not disappoint…we had delicious, gourmet breakfasts and a wonderful room! We stayed in Caitlyn’s room #3 on the first floor… perfect space for us with 2 adjoining rooms each with its own bath! Thank you Pat for an amazing stay and home.

We had a very pleasant stay at the Kenwood Inn. This historic property has plenty of charm. Our accommodation was comfortable and Pat was very welcoming. The breakfast was a highlight. The location was also very convenient to explore the attractions.

Once again, AMAZING!!! This was my second time at the Kenwood Inn and the only place I would stay at. Everything was perfection, from the moment I arrived until I received a hug from Pat when I left. The room was more beautiful than I had expected. I stayed in the Old English Suite with the fireplace and porch, perfection. The 3 course breakfast was superior, loved the wine between 4pm - 6pm. Super convenient to everything. I didn't use my car at all while I was there. Just walked everywhere. I honestly cannot say enough about the Kenwood. I highly recommend the Kenwood Inn and am already planning my next trip. I've attached some pictures of the grounds and breakfast.
