The Kenwood Inn Bed and Breakfast

Lovely Inn situated away from the crowded main streets, but walking distance to all attractions. Staff and owners are professional and friendly. We stayed in the large Blue Porcelain room with a shared porch and plenty of space with a very comfortable bed. The #1 highlight for us was the breakfast!! Situated on the back porch and patio, overlooking a lovely water feature with beautiful Koi. The chef created amazing 3 course breakfasts that would rival any top rated restaurant, ANYWHERE.

Our stay at Kenwood Inn was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and genuine hospitality that set the tone for our entire visit. The staff's friendliness and dedication to excellent service made us feel right at home. Pat and her staff were the best!!! The inn itself is nestled in a stunning setting, with beautiful surroundings that provide a tranquil and picturesque atmosphere. The rooms were comfortable and tastefully decorated, adding to the overall charm of the place. One of the highlights of our stay was the delicious food. Every breakfast was a culinary delight, prepared with fresh ingredients and presented with care. The dining experience alone is worth a visit to Kenwood Inn. The Kenwood Inn exceeded our expectations in every way. The combination of exceptional service, delicious food, and beautiful surroundings made our stay unforgettable. Ms. Pat and all her staff were very pleasant and caring. Very accommodating in any given circumstance. Breakfast was delicious, 100% recommend. Place is nice and cozy, close to everything walking distance. Would go back anytime without a doubt, thank you for everything and the memorable experience. ❤️💙👍🏼👏🏼

Just a fabulous 3 night stay. Great Victorian pet friendly room with terrific accommodations. 3 course gourmet breakfast that was tremendous. Brewed coffee daily, along with wine every PM. Cannot beat the value along with the professionalism. Absolutely seamless!!! Highly recommend and would go back whenever we visit St. Augustine again. Nothing more to say. The stay said it all!

This was a lovely b&b and the staff friendly. The breakfast was amazing!! Unfortunately, it fell short in the cleanliness department. I know it’s difficult to keep a historic building up to today’s standards. But, it was dirty and dingy. :( The TV’s didn’t work, cable was missing and random cords unplugged that we couldn’t figure out. Although, it was in a good and quiet location. The bathroom was updated.

My husband and I stayed at the Kenwood Inn to celebrate our 25th Anniversary. This was our first trip to St. Augustine. I spent hours looking through hotel and Inn options when deciding where to stay. We chose the Kenwood Inn since it is in the historic district, has a pool and serves breakfast. We were very pleased with everything about our stay from the moment we walked into the Kenwood Inn. It is beautifully decorated with antiques and amazing chandeliers. We loved the outdoor porches, patio and pool areas. We especially enjoyed the wonderful 3 course breakfasts each morning on the back porch. Chef Adam is amazing! The location was perfect for us. Easily walkable to all the restaurants, shops, historic sites and St. George Street, but in a more quiter area. We also enjoyed taking a bike ride through the residential area on the bikes at the Inn and the afternoon wine and cookies after site seeing to relax before dinner. We stayed in the Blue Porcelain room and loved it with the king bed, pretty accessories and porch right outside. I highly recommend the Kenwood Inn and hope to visit again.

Nice B&B for solo travelers! The Kenwood is your home away from home. Pat will take good care of you. Gourmet breakfast on the patio is just the cherry on top. Walkable location to everything. Come back hot and sweaty and get in the shady refreshing pool. Each room is individually decorated and unique. I loved the first floor Olde English room I had! I will not stay anywhere else when visiting St.augustine!
