We enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt Place Vilano Beach. It was a close walk to a beautiful, clean beach. We were told the pool wasn’t warm, but turned out it was! We skipped swimming because we weren’t aware until it was too late. The breakfast was great and well stocked. We paid a little extra for a balcony but the view wasn’t good. Don’t waste your money on a balcony. We paid for valet parking which ended up not being necessary. There is plenty of street parking. It was overall a clean hotel and very friendly staff.

It could have been better but they made me waste time check in. The room was not ready, which you pay to have it ready becof you leave late check out they charge you a later fee. I think if they are not ready this they should hire more staff.

Absolutely first rate. Room and amenities excellent. The staff couldn’t be nicer. Miguel was most helpful and his dining options were much appreciated. Dinner was very good.

The bed was too soft. Both my wife and I got back pain from sleeping on the mattress. We left one day early because we couldn't sleep well on the mattress.

A nice renovated property. The room was clean. One downside was my experience. I came with my wife and 3yo daughter. When we registered and got our key we went to the room, but it wasn't ready. The cleaning staff let us put our stuff inside and said it would be ready in an hour. After one hour when we returned, we were asked to move to another room even though that one was ready.
