The hotel is the middle of the city on a very centra place. We thinks the hotel is quite expensive for the quality at the room.

We stayed in the annex of the hotel on a very hot night, the air conditioning unit was so loud we called the receptionist to come and witness it, she said she would inform the management but little else she could do. We had to turn it off overnight and swelter! In the morning the owner admitted the annex was due for refurbishing and after some discussion agreed to waiver the parking fee. I would not advise booking the annex, I’ve no idea what the main hotel was like.

Clean and comfortable. Room size was decent with great shelf storage. Shower only in the bathroom. Spare lobby sitting area. Desk is manned from 07:00 to 23:00. Not too far a walk from the car park at the top of St. Emilion. On the east side of the town.

Overall a nice facility. Wifi did not work well in the annex though which was inconvenient.

Lovely welcome, high location in the heart of the village. Very friendly and helpful staff. Really tiny room where I couldn't open my suitcase, poorly washed glass, dust, proximity to the elevator and very poor soundproofing between floors, I had the impression of being in my upstairs neighbors' room. Toilets in the ba*****t of the breakfast room are very poorly maintained. Despite my report, nothing was done. This would merit applying a strict protocol of cleaning, dusting and cobwebs.

A five for parking. 1 for the room where there was a strong smell of perspiration 😡 and which was tiny, 1 for the shower cabin. Five for the situation, five for the friendly person (man) at breakfasts and at the reception.
