The establishment is magnificent, we were welcomed by friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are full of charm, clean and beautiful. A real favorite for this place where the charm and magic of Saint Emilion is felt and operates in full force!

A very charming and nice hotel in the center of Saint Emilion, and the set meny of seven courses was one of the best I ever have eat. The staff was friendly, breakfast small but superb and everything was memorable. Magical!!!

Our room was much larger than we expected - separate receiving room from the bedroom, and separate toilet from the bathroom (with tub!). It's much bigger than most rooms in Europe, and this is in an old town!
Staff was very friendly and seemed to anticipate our needs.

If I returned I would look for another alternative. The room was very dark, with no light either day or night with the lighting... Impossible to paint****! On the other hand, they do not manage the parking option well. We reserve a space in their parking lot and they tell us that we have to get to the hotel first and there they tell us how to access the parking... But it turns out that they don't tell you that you CANNOT get to the Hotel by car! So, when you realize that you can't get to the hotel, you have to leave it as best you can somewhere in a double row or badly parked... To be able to walk to the hotel, and then get back to the car and go to the parking lot. I understand that it would be more logical if they sent you an email with the information. Also for that price level, they should give an option to help with the suitcases from the parking lot to the hotel through those cobblestones.... If it is an elderly couple, I don't know how they could do it... Finally the floor The hotel is very nice old wooden... But they have it without carpets and it creaks a lot when clients walk down the hallway...

Due to ongoing renovations at Le Logis de la Cadene, we were upgraded to a suite at Maison de la Cadene, and we were spoiled! The views of the King's Tower and the Bell Tower were absolutely phenomenal from our room. The room itself was lovingly cared for, and the staff could not have been kinder or more helpful. We look forward to returning to Le Logis de la Cadene for another wonderful stay!

Just perfect! Our room was absolutely perfect - not just the bedroom but the adjoining sitting room with views over the town. Just fantastic. Dinner was sublime endless courses to celebrate our wedding anniversary. I cannot describe how amazing our dinner was.

This is an AWESOME place to stay. Right in the middle of town. The staff were amazing and very helpful!!! Highly recommend this hotel! We will definitely stay here again.
