The room was nice and quite big. I don't know if it was due to the energy price, but the room temperature was a bit low. There is a restaurant in the hotel, but the taste is quite average. It is not recommended to try it.

Ich habe das Hotel wegen seiner Nähe zum Kybunpark, dem Stadion des FC St. Gallen ausgewählt. Das war kein Fehler. Alles im Haus wirkt hell, freundlich und noch neu. Parkplatz und Frühstück war im Preis enthalten. Mein Zimmer hatte einen Balkon und war sehr ruhig "nach hinten" gelegen. Das Personal war durchweg nett und hilfsbereit.

Very nice hotel with two separate structures: the main area with restaurant and standard rooms and area with apartments/suites. They gave me a free upgrade from a standard room to a suite. Very welcome. Huge room, it was a two-room apartment with kitchen, living room, bedroom, bathroom and a nice terrace. The entire facility was very clean, very very well. Very large bathroom. TV in the lounge with Italian channels. Wi-Fi works perfectly. Heating in all rooms, with independent thermostat. Cleanliness in common areas, excellent. Very good restaurant: I had the opportunity to eat both for dinner and for breakfast in the morning. The only flaw at breakfast is that the selection of desserts is a bit limited. For the rest everything really excellent. Good

The Hotel NewStar is the right choice in all situations. I have been visiting this hotel regularly for 3 years now. It is perfect for us as a company. The service is without exception great and the flexibility is second to none. The rooms are of a very good standard. I and my team always enjoy coming to St. Gallen because we can then look forward to this friendly service. The traffic situation is a 10 and parking spaces are also available. The breakfast buffet is always on point and the staff is very accommodating. For me it's the perfect hotel where you can find a handwritten card on your pillow because you made a booking at extremely short notice. So thank you to the entire NewStar team for their hospitality
