This level of service is disgraceful and should not be tolerated by any reputable organization"

"I am very heart broken while writing this review as in the past we have had wonderful time at Vision Apartment, this time, dishes in the dish washer not clean, no amenities dish washing soap or sponge etc. no kitchen towels! Towels placed at wrong spots (on the toilet seat)! Who does that? 😔 only 1 hand towels for the whole 4day booking! Bathroom ventilation not functional! Not even the same room was given that was shown on the booking, we booked terrace and got balcony option! Extremely disappointed!"

"Overall facilities very good. Staff also polite. But experience with catering is below expectation. I had dinner in the hotel on the first night, and choices were limited and expensive. I had a fish but found out half cooked during serving. They just took the remaining portion into the kitchen and re-cook it instead of replacing a new one. Breakfast on last day was also annoying. Our orders of egg was delayed/forgotten ! After chasing, my wife's hard boil egg order became soft egg. And my fried egg order never came and I just gave up. I guess visitors of the property typically has a car and I strongly recommend people to have meals outside."
