"The apartment was very quiet and had a lovely garden patio. We booked via their website, which made communication difficult as our emails weren't read. However, they did respond to phone calls. Parking became more expensive due to external management. Any issues were promptly resolved by the cleaning staff. The manager was on-site to address any concerns, and everyone was very friendly. This was our third visit, and we stayed for 6 days. As for the room, well, I'll keep my thoughts to myself – it smelled very strongly of cigarette smoke and instant noodle soup, which became quite bothersome at times. We'll see if we book again."

"We stayed at this Sorell boutique hotel in St. Gallen and found it to be a very comfortable and well-located option for a short stay. The hotel is about a 5 to 10 minute walk from the cathedral and main tourist attractions, making it easy to explore the town while still being in a quieter setting. There isn’t much immediately around the hotel itself, aside from a couple of nearby restaurants, so most activity requires a short walk into the center. The rooms are a real highlight: very spacious by European standards, modern, clean, and comfortable. We had a corner unit with windows on two sides, which brought in a lot of natural light and made the space feel even more open. Each room also includes thoughtful touches like a yoga mat with instructions for a basic sun salutation, as well as a coffee machine with coffee and tea. The beds were comfortable overall. There is also a pillow menu with a wide range of options, which is a nice feature—and useful, as the default pillows were quite soft. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The lobby area, where breakfast is served, is airy and inviting, and the breakfast itself was good and well presented. It’s a pleasant space to start the day. In terms of logistics, parking is available about half a block away in an uncovered, tandem lot for approx. $21 per night, which is reasonably convenient. One thing to note is that reception is only open until 10 PM, so late arrivals require a bit of planning. Overall, a solid boutique hotel offering comfort, space, and a convenient location - particularly appealing if you value larger, modern rooms in a walkable part of town."

"Overall facilities very good. Staff also polite. But experience with catering is below expectation. I had dinner in the hotel on the first night, and choices were limited and expensive. I had a fish but found out half cooked during serving. They just took the remaining portion into the kitchen and re-cook it instead of replacing a new one. Breakfast on last day was also annoying. Our orders of egg was delayed/forgotten ! After chasing, my wife's hard boil egg order became soft egg. And my fried egg order never came and I just gave up. I guess visitors of the property typically has a car and I strongly recommend people to have meals outside."

"For a simple, clean hotel in a small city, this hotel is excellent value. It's centrally located, easy walk to the cathedral, shops, cafes and the main train station. There is a bus stop within 5 minutes walk also. The room was spacious and had good A/C for the summer weather. A small shared kitchenette room has the basics. The bed was comfortable and the room noise-free."

"We just stayed at the Golden apartment, at the Saturn building, which we booked directly on their site. We had four adults and wanted separate, bedrooms with doors - not simply a suite setting. The apartment could hold up to 6 with the sofabed, but we enjoyed the large DR table and extra space. The apartment was top notch, with all amenities provided (soaps, laundry, DW, coffee pods, fully fitted kitchen, etc.) that you would need for an extended stay in beautiful St. Gallen. The beds were king size and very comfortable, with crisp linens. The LR TV was inoperable when we stayed, but there were TVs in each BR if needed. (We were told they were ordering a new TV for the LR) The apartment is about a 20 min, easy walk from the Old Town and all the sites. The company seems to take pride in their units and we can highly recommend the apartment :)"
