"Stayed 3 days 2 nights on business. Really impressed. Hotel is a few miles outside St Gallen. Quiet rural location with nice countryside walks and set in lovely grounds. Spa area is fantastic and outdoor thermal pool lovely, great to use when it was raining and I’d love it in the snow; such a contrast. Rooms big, lovely large walk in shower. All amenities possible. But no mini bar. Breakfast was fine, had more than enough. Staff friendly, place spotless. A piano player performs for afternoon tea, this creates a nice atmosphere. The clients here seem quite mature this certainly isn’t a young and lively hotel or one for younger families I’d suggest. It’s more a relax and chill hotel. Being attached to a wellness clinic maybe attracts clients who want that slower pace. Even the gym had an older client feel to it. I only mention so people can be aware what to expect but I loved the chilled vibes and well maintained communal areas to read or have coffee in."

"We checked out early because the apartment was extremely cold. A mobile heater was clearly stated in the listing, but it was not available upon arrival. Due to the low temperature, the stay became uncomfortable and we could not remain for the second night. Although a heater was delivered later, it was too late, as we had already checked out because of the conditions. Cleanliness and location were acceptable, however the missing listed amenity significantly affected our stay. I would recommend the host to ensure that all amenities mentioned in the listing are actually available at check-in."

Everyone was warm, professional, and genuinely attentive. Every request we had was handled quickly, efficiently, and always with a smile. The level of service truly made our stay special. Special thanks to Noa, Mara, Mubarak, Ida, and Poon for their kindness and attentiveness. We would also like to thank Bernie for her warmth and efficiency—she made our breakfast experience especially enjoyable each morning. Well presented brakfast tables and self service breakfast buffet. Easy to find even if you dont drive. The location is near to a shopping mall. Easy conections to St Gallen city. I say book this Hotel."

"We just stayed at the Golden apartment, at the Saturn building, which we booked directly on their site. We had four adults and wanted separate, bedrooms with doors - not simply a suite setting. The apartment could hold up to 6 with the sofabed, but we enjoyed the large DR table and extra space. The apartment was top notch, with all amenities provided (soaps, laundry, DW, coffee pods, fully fitted kitchen, etc.) that you would need for an extended stay in beautiful St. Gallen. The beds were king size and very comfortable, with crisp linens. The LR TV was inoperable when we stayed, but there were TVs in each BR if needed. (We were told they were ordering a new TV for the LR) The apartment is about a 20 min, easy walk from the Old Town and all the sites. The company seems to take pride in their units and we can highly recommend the apartment :)"
