The location is great! 5 min walk to bus station. Breakfast is amazing! Strongly recommend!

Breakfast was very good evening. Meal very good but very pricey.

Had a fabulous stay at the Royal Yacht, our Gold Twin room was really spacious and very clean. The food was excellent especially the breakfasts and the staff were really attentive and helpful. Perfect location for accessing the local buses and tourist information. Would definitely stay here again.

The service / staff are amazing here. There is a Portuguese girl on reception who is really sweet and another European girl on reception too. There is a cocktail specialist in the bar who really knows his stuff (I think he’s Indian). Staff at the breakfast in the morning are really good too! Try the oat milk latte. Big disappointments are: the single beds are uncomfortable in the twin rooms with awful pillows. The pool in the spa is a bit dirty, the lighting gives the perception that the environment is cleaner than it actually is. The breakfast has no fresh fruit, surely you can provide daily watermelon, fresh pineapple and melon etc.

Very expensive area with little to do other than some bars and resturants but pretty and very clean. Nothing at all for kids other than the beach

I wanted to a stay in a full service hotel and we were not disappointed. The room was comfortable and the breakfast service was super.

Great location. Great breakfast. Room wasn’t brilliant and quite small. Needed to move room as couldn’t move around bed without hitting my head in eves. Note there is a night club on location and noise could be an issue if room not soundproofed. All in all good but could have been better..

Great location on Liberation Square close to restaurants, shops and transport links. Room was good but cleanliness could have been better (staff need to look under furniture) and service generally good although the bouncer on the door when returning from our meal out on Saturday night was rude and wasn’t particularly a great representation of the hotel in general. Would return based on location and facilities.

Very friendly and professional staff made us feel very welcome Very stylish and soohisticated but with a great informal atmosphere .

No hot water. What more can be said - this is the most basic requirement and the hotel failed. Still charged the same money & I won’t be staying again. Very poor.

It’s starting to appear shabby, service was poor/lazy, the bathroom was especially poor. The hotel wasn’t full and we were for no reason given an accessible room meaning a very inconvenient bathroom set up. Water from the shower leaked all over the floor consistently. No shower gel.

We Arrived early at approximately 09.40 am we had a very nice greeting and shown to our room as one was available for us, at the check in we were informed breakfast was from 07.00 to 11.00 as it was still quite early I asked if we paid the difference could we have breakfast we told yes not a problem, you can imagine our disappointment when we arrive at 09.55 to be told we are no longer serving as we close at 10.00 not 11.00, the next morning we arrive at 07.00 for breakfast as we wanted to get a nice early start to out day out, only to find out that at the weekend they don't start till 08.00 which meant that on our check out day the Sunday in order for us to catch our flight we had to forego breakfast, reception informed us we could order room service but this would have an extra charge, not happy with that as I had already paid for something which we couldn't have, the room was Ok not quite up to the standard of there star rating, the tap in the bathroom sink was very loose each time you used the whole assembly swiveled, the bed only had one flexible reading light as the other one was broken off, it would of been very helpful if they had mentioned the breakfast times are different at the weekend in there website, as we would have chosen another hotel with better timings for us. would we go back probably not.

Poor experience altogether. Very dated room despite booking a superior room. Only 'allowed' one key card despite multiple travellers. Staff not particularly accomidating to requests.
