Jewel Grande Montego Bay Resort & Spa

Only stayed one night so didn't get to experience all the facilities. Overall it was a pleasant stay. Good selection of in room soft drinks and snacks. Balcony furniture and food need improvement. Met some really nice staff.

Great all inclusive resort. Food, entertainment and the staff are all amazing! Had a great time. Rooms could be cleaned out a bit better.

Beautiful location in Montego Bay, perfect private beach to lay out in the sand or swim. Gorgeous pools with ocean view, and a swim up bar at one of the pools. Restaurants/food spots facing the beach for a perfect breakfast lunch, dinner, or a drink which were strong. No resort food is authentic of the cultures and always curated for tourists, including at this resort, but nevertheless, the food was fresh and tasty. I loved the exotic tropical fruits for breakfast, especially the soursop and starfruit. Great coffee and fresh delicious pastries. Trollies that take you around the resort with the kindest friendliest and professional drivers. A resort that you dont even have to leave to enjoy a vacation. Spacious rooms all oceanfront with spacious balcony and gorgeous view. Very clean hotel, no bugs in site. The staff was excellent at keeping our room cleaned, but for cons, Id say the staff couldve been more proactive in providing clean towels everyday. Also, the resort is outdated, but one can appreciate the antique aesthetic as long as everything fuctions well. The water was leaking out from shower onto the floor when we showered, but we just put a bunch of towels down to step on and didnt make a fuss. Overall a great stay and vacation, Thank you Grand Jewel!

Went on a family vacation at the Jewel Grande in Montego Bay Jamaica. We had a Villa and our Butlers Ron and Orrett we absolutely amazing and took care of us every step of the way. The water sports staff of Alan, Claude, and Andrew had us out on the Hobie Cat and taught us to wind surf and Paddle Board and kept us busy on the beach. Jermain was the beach volleyball coordinator and he was always energetic and liked to play with anyone that wanted to play. The bartender at the pool side bar made the best drinks and made a few specialty ones as well that we all enjoyed. Food was good and most of it was on the spicy side. Overall my family gives it a 9 out of 10. Definetely looking forward to going back and enjoying the resort and all the great staff we met and had good times with the whole week.

Nasty smell near bar by the social pool area (nauseating sour smell)

Jewel Grande was a nice place. A little outdated in places, but overall well maintained, landscaped and beautiful. The Staff were generally always friendly. Understanding it's island time, some things too a little longer than I'd prefer (e.g. beach cocktails). But the quality was always great. The beach could use a few more shaded spots to chose from. This isn't a Jewel Grande issue, but the ocean isn't super deep and you have to sit on your knees if you want to submerge the majority of your body. Not a big deal, but worth calling out. Overall it was a great place to stay and we will definitely come back again. My wife felt it was very safe on their campus as well.

Food not great. Need better liquor selection. Drinks Weak.
