Sicuramente non tornerò, il condizione centralizzato non raffredda le stanze, la soluzione potrebbe essere aprire la finestra ma la vicinanza della stazione ferroviaria non permette di riposare bene nell’eventualità. L’hotel non è all’altezza dei miei standard di viaggio.

This hotel is so close to the train station. The staffs are friendly and helpful. The breakfast options are very complete, not like the normal simple French breakfast.

Stayed for 3 nights during a Battlefield tour. Easily located by the experienced bus driver. All rooms were ready for our arrival. Another local group was also in the hotel. Breakfast average usual fare. Staff on occasions were slow to refill. With two coffee machines and one boiler the queues did form quickly. Rooms basic, an advantage was the hotel was close to city centre.

Plusieurs fois sur place. Le petit balcon de la suite du 4eme étage est parfait. Chambre spacieuse, confort impeccable et le bar est sympa. Quelques améliorations pour le petit dej à faire.

Great location near to the train station so was easy to locate.
Staff were very friendly and helpful with any queries which arose.
Rooms were clean and tidy, shower decent. Wasn’t a huge amount of noise which was a positive.
Breakfast had a decent mix of drinks, fruit, cereals, cold meats which helped start the day.

The hotel is very well located in the centre of Arras, the rooms we had were large and the bathroom very nice, it is clean and the staff very friendly, the bar area although not big does provide food and a great pizza, if you hire a car the car park is below the hotel making it very convenient

One of the best beds we have slept in in Europe thus far. We visited Vimy ridge and then found this hotel for the night. We enjoyed a lovely walk through the town of Arass and had fun trying to order our dinner in French at a little restaurant on the local square. The beautiful town square was a great bonus.
The room was great - good bed, good pillows and excellent shower.
The hotel was well maintained and the service from the front desk staff was excellent.
