Location is near train station as it is 5 min short walk. Very near co op supermarket which closes on Sunday. Reception is very friendly. Room is clean.

Very convenient location with bus ride to different parts of town. Has hotel car for free to take you from and to station. Lovely ski lodge theme room. Very nice hearing. Breakfast was standard, could see it snowing outside

Not far from the station. The service staff were friendly and proactively arranged return transfers. They also upgraded to a junior suite, making the stay more comfortable.

The hotel is located in the city center, with a modern exterior and a beautiful Swiss style interior. The receptionist and the driver's relatives are very warm-hearted. The restaurant staff are very professional and the meals are suitable for Asian tastes. Highly recommended!

3.5 star hotel. We were starting to expect small rooms in Switzerland, even in 4- and 5-star hotels, and this held true for the Crystal Hotel. Our room was small, included 3 chairs & a small table. Unfortunately, there is no kettle or coffee maker, no conditioner or shower gel, just an all-purpose "soap," which doesn't do justice to shower gel or shampoo! The room was noisy with windows open for cool air but very quiet when closed. We enjoyed a very good breakfast buffet; I had never seen an egg cooker on a buffet! The Coop across the street and Pizza Way (up and to the right of Coop) are great alternatives to $$$ dining. Good location. Construction impeded foot traffic some and made the walk down to the lake a little longer. But don't let that deter you. Walk the lake; it's beautiful.

The hotel is close to St. Moritz Train Station. It's a reasonable walk to get to the hotel if you have a lot of luggage, so I recommend arranging a transfer with them (it's free). As I didn't know that, I took a taxi (CHF 20) and the journey took about 5 minutes. The hotel is very well located, the staff is very friendly and the property has standard amenities. Very cozy apartment, although it can get a little hot as there was no temperature control. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was great. Delicious breakfast. I only stayed overnight, but next time I come back I plan to stay here again.

Stayed at Crystal 1 night to take Glazier express train. Went to 4 european countries on this trip and stayed at 4 hotels. Unfortunately Hotel Crystal was the most expensive per night and most disappointing. The beds were very uncomfortable - mattresses need to be replaced. We arrived on a Sunday when stores had just closed, we asked check in staff where we could get water - they failed to mention that the water in the refrigerator in the room was included and instead told us to order the $10 a bottle water from room service. Rooms are tiny. Only decent part of the stay was the bathroom with heated floors. Bathroom is just about bigger than the room. For $500 a night I was very disappointed.

We loved this hotel. It is elegant and has super nice touches. It feels like a 5 star in many ways, but not quite! the bedding is great and pillows awesome. The bathroom is laid out beautifully, but the best part is the staff. They are kind, helpful and just lovely. Everyone from the bellman to the front desk to the restaurant! The location is great, too!

Free shuttle from train station was waiting when we arrived. Driver took our bags loaded, unloaded, and placed them in our room! Once in the room, a rep from the hotel delivered chocolates and breakfast room service info, she checked to ensure everything was perfect in the room. At checkout, the clerk gave us two bottles of water for our trip. Shuttle driver loaded bags and took us to the train station again. This hotel really has customer service perfected!

This hotel is beautiful! Room absolutely adorable. Immaculate clean. Breakfast was lovely. Staff very sweet. There is a shuttle to n from train, need to request but free. Location location location 🥰
