"I booked to stay in a dorm of 4, however there were 5 beds in the room. Not a huge problem as there ended up only being 4 people staying, but the extra bed did make the room feel very small.
The toilet and shower room are very dated, there’s only a single toilet and shower for around 3 dorm rooms. I guess you could go to another floor/block, but I’ve never seen this before in a hostel of this size. The toilet and shower were kept clean though.
The lounge area is nice and spacious, the staff were helpful with any questions and there’s lockers both in the room and the basement. Certainly not a bad hostel, but was expecting better."

"This room is similar to a small suite, located in the wing building. The rooms in the main building should be better. The room is not big, old-fashioned and ordinary, and the electric blanket is a bit old, but clean.
The water pipes in the room are filled with mountain spring water, which is delicious for making tea and makes your skin smooth after bathing.
The hotel lobby is so beautiful, and the stairs and the wide corridors on the guest room level are all old-fashioned and elegant.
Picture 8 is the chef's recommended dish in the hotel restaurant. The ingredients and seasoning are a level higher than those in the restaurants near the hotel. There are several restaurants under the hotel within a 5-7 minute walk. I only tried the Japanese food, which was good, and the tempura shrimp was large and fresh."

"We booked Randolins just for 1 night as we took Glacier Express from St Moritz. The hotel receptionist kindly waited for us beyond 10pm closing time and helped to check in. The room was small but clean. Fresh air from the window not from the air conditioner and drinking water from the tap is something missing in daily life. The bathroom was on the corridor, but there were no neighbors so it was convenient and easy to use. I would say it is value for money."

"Our room was so warm and cozy and it’s next to several trails. The building apartment is literally next to the woods and it gives a really nature vibe. David was so helpful about everything we needed and the other staff was so nice and lovely they let us check in earlier than the check in time. They even took care of my luggage after check out as I wanted to do a hike near the area."

"It's a little over a 15-minute walk from St. Moritz station. There are many slopes, so it may be a little difficult to move around with a large suitcase. However, the hotel staff were really kind, and I'm glad I stayed here! The hotel has a restaurant, which was very clean and the pizza was delicious! The room was also clean! The bathroom was also clean!"

"The only downside is that on the hillside, it is cold in winter, the ground is slippery, and it is dangerous to go up the slope.
The environment is first-class, lake view, land view, mountain view all inclusive!
The spa is good, but there is not much space, ten people are very reluctant.
The restaurant and bar are the highlights.
Fortunately, there is a special car transfer. The room is large and the number of tea bags is abundant."

"I originally wanted to enjoy swimming and fitness in the hotel, but the nearby ones were closed during this time, so I had to take a bus to another town, which was very inconvenient. It happened to snow on the day I stayed in the hotel, and the scenery was nice, so I took a lot of photos as souvenirs."
