The walls are thick so you can't hear any noise from the rooms next door, and there's a restaurant next door so I could hear some music, but it didn't bother me. It was hard to get off the bus from the station and reach this hotel because St. Moritz Basaka is tough. Google Maps showed me a path with stairs, so it would be difficult to climb up from the stop, so I think it would be better to use the sidewalk along the road. It is relatively beautiful whether the hotel has been renewed. Just wondering whose hobby is decorating the walls?

Staff with smiles, advice and help when needed are always a huge plus for us. Added to this is the comfort of the room and the situation of the hotel for the surrounding activities. Note: if you book directly with the hotel you get a better deal!

The staff are all some of the best I have seen in all my travels. Stav anticipated all our needs , made reservations for restaurants, cars , yacht trip! The rooms were perfect and roof top jacuzzi and view were delightful Breakfast on the top floor was perfect

Great hotel in the centre of St Moritz, bit uphill walking from station but nothing too strenuous. Our room had a great balcony view of the mountains & over the town & the restaurant downstairs did great food, my pizza was top quality & the Fondu was tremendous. Definitely worth the trip & not expensive as expected especially in a upmarket majestic place like St Moritz. Would definitely return to this hotel if I come back to St Moritz in future!

What a lovely place to stay. Close to everything, clean and the staff were lovely. The restaurant serves delicious meals if you want dinner there and also a filling breakfast in the morning. Will definitely stay again.

Hotel molto carino senza troppe pretese da fuori risulta abbastanza triste si potrebbe magari migliorare un pochettino la facciata La reception piccolina accogliente per accedere alle camere invece bisogna andare in un’altra ala dove al piano di sotto c’è il ristorante aperto anche al pubblico che consiglio perché oltre che essere in un’ottima posizione propone anche cucina tipica e ed è molto carino e luminoso. Questo ristorante anche il luogo dove si fanno le colazioni la mattina La nostra camera era tra le più belle col balcone commista verso il campanile E il bagno è nuovo , la camera era ben arredata forse andrebbero lavate più spesso le tappezzerie di divani e poltrone Consiglio di togliere quell’orribile tappeto di plastica verde sul balcone Detto ciò consiglia assolutamente come rapporto qualità prezzo questo posto che anche collocato nel centro del paese quindi risulta essere comodo comunque si voglio andare

Very nice place! Service is very kind and helpful at the front desk. Convenient room for leaving ski gear and boots, warm and dry every morning! Walkable distance from ski lift and village center. The rooms are pretty comfortable and very clean. Some are quite small but still very good. Breakfast is great. One down point is the extra charge for making use of the kitchen (in a room that already costs more to have a kitchen). Overall great experience and highly recommended. If you are planning to ski almost every day, definitely take advantage of buying the lift passes from the hotel! It will save lots of money.

The bed was comfortable but the room was a little small. Breakfast was excellent. Checkin was not as smooth as it should have been but the staff were helpful.

Zimmer 33 ist nicht akzeptabel, alt schmudelig, komplett zu warm, Teppich mit Löchern, fragwürdig möbliert mit defekten Möbeln. Mini-Bar leer ein Witz. Einziger Wehrmutstropfen, gutes Frühstück-Buffet und zentral gelegen. Preis-/Leistung unbefriedigend. Kann ich nicht empfehlen.
