GGuest UserThe hotel upgraded our room to a Deluxe room, and the mountain view from the window was breathtaking. Diagonally across is their partner swimming facility, which has fantastic amenities—including an indoor pool and a heated outdoor pool overlooking the mountain, while the spa upstairs is deeply relaxing. The hotel also provides free cable car tickets to two nearby mountain peaks, offering incredible value for money.

Cchan.xiThe hotel is beautiful. Came with complimentary spa and wellness facilities which were great and relaxing. Although the hotel is quite far from the train station, there is regular transportation arranged to and fro the hotel and train station which was really helpful. The staff were very friendly, helpful and responsive as well. Highly recommend this place!

GGuest UserI stayed at the hotel for one night with my husband (Deluxe Double Room) and two children (Economy Double Room).
The bathrooms were very basic; there were no bathrobes, bidet towels, or slippers. Some of the towels were frayed and made of poor quality, old terry cloth. The bathroom floor was cold.
The TV screens in both rooms were too small for the distance they were placed from the bed.
The wooden furniture was quite old and worn.
Furthermore, it wasn't clear on the website that the advertised restaurants were not located within the hotel itself but at another hotel in the same group nearby. The same applies to the fitness facilities.
The breakfast was very good, and the shuttle service and staff courtesy were excellent.

GGuest UserOur room was so warm and cozy and it’s next to several trails. The building apartment is literally next to the woods and it gives a really nature vibe. David was so helpful about everything we needed and the other staff was so nice and lovely they let us check in earlier than the check in time. They even took care of my luggage after check out as I wanted to do a hike near the area.

Ppoon isabellaThe self checking system didn't function satisfactorily.The staff at the Reine Victoria hotel are helpful.
The room is clean but there is only one electric socket in the room excluding the one in the washroom.
The electric kettle given had a break in the kettle handle,my friend got a scald and blister after handling it.
Breakfast is nice and the one in charge is helpful.
