Arrived and was met by a very friendly guy, who welcomed me, gave me my keys and led me to my room. The room was clean. It had all I needed for a good night's sleep. The bed was comfy and I slept well. I would stay there again if I passed through Zurich again. I felt valued and comfortable there.

There is no one on duty at night. On case of emergency, no one help. I encounter electricity shut down at 9:xx at night and no one from hotel help. To go down to lobby and call the designated phone number.

I stayed in comfortable single room where I can have iconic lake view on my birthday morning. It was very rewarding. But accessibility of hotel is not that easy. There is crazy slopes that needed to be navigated to reach hotel . It would be hard if you need to handle multiple luggages.

The hotel is near the hill top, quite vintage. The lady at the reception is very nice who helped me to call a taxi to the train station. I wish I could have a lake view room next time.

Love the room and view. Nice cabin feel you get here. Location was quite a tiring walk from the train station if you are carrying luggage, but it’s just the landscape of St Moritz in general.
