"Our room was so warm and cozy and it’s next to several trails. The building apartment is literally next to the woods and it gives a really nature vibe. David was so helpful about everything we needed and the other staff was so nice and lovely they let us check in earlier than the check in time. They even took care of my luggage after check out as I wanted to do a hike near the area."

The breakfast was superb! Coffee and tea aren't self-service; staff come to your table to take your order once you're seated. The hotel provides a St. Moritz area transport card, which covers train, bus, and cable car fares. This means the high transportation costs are essentially sponsored by the hotel, which was a very pleasant surprise! 😃 If you email the hotel your train arrival time in advance, they'll send a car to pick you up from the station. We had two meals at the hotel restaurant. While not cheap, the food was delicious and definitely worth recommending. I would definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to St. Moritz.

The hotel has a great location, not far from the main St. Moritz train station. After getting off the train, you can walk under the train tracks, cross the main road towards Lake St. Moritz, and you'll see the hotel right away. The only downside is that the hotel is situated on a hill, so walking uphill might be tiring, especially if you have a lot of luggage. However, the view from the hotel is absolutely stunning – truly breathtaking. The service and assistance were excellent. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices and was of good quality. There were also Thai-speaking staff members overseeing the dining area.

The renewal opened, everything was new, and the staff checked in to the interior of the hostel was really perfect. There is also a music bar right outside the hotel, so you can enjoy it in the evening. Breakfast was really the best.

Even though I requested a shuttle from the station on the day, they kindly arranged it for me, which was very helpful. It's possible to walk from the station, but the slope is steep, so I recommend using the shuttle if you have luggage. The breakfast was substantial, and there was a supermarket nearby, which was convenient. The room was clean and spacious enough.

I stayed in comfortable single room where I can have iconic lake view on my birthday morning. It was very rewarding. But accessibility of hotel is not that easy. There is crazy slopes that needed to be navigated to reach hotel . It would be hard if you need to handle multiple luggages.

I'm so satisfied. It's definitely a cost-effective choice in St. Moritz. The hotel is very small and right in the center of the town. When you get off the train station, call the hotel and you will be picked up right away. It will be delivered to the station. Although it's not far, it's quite tiring to climb up the hill with your luggage. , with a century-old history and antique decoration, the restaurant is very beautiful and the breakfast is rich. There is also a swimming pool and sauna that you can’t enjoy. Although the room is not big, it is fully equipped and has a coffee machine. The balcony has a corner of the lake view. The front desk enthusiastically introduced the cable car route. Compared with the other two This five-star hotel is so cost-effective. The price will double during the winter ski season.

It's one of the best hotels in St. Moritz. The room is big enough for 2 people. The best thing about the hotel is the shower. It's automatic with multiple shower head systems. Breakfast is also not bad. But can have more choices. The view is supervise from the room.

I stayed at the hotel for one night with my husband (Deluxe Double Room) and two children (Economy Double Room). The bathrooms were very basic; there were no bathrobes, bidet towels, or slippers. Some of the towels were frayed and made of poor quality, old terry cloth. The bathroom floor was cold. The TV screens in both rooms were too small for the distance they were placed from the bed. The wooden furniture was quite old and worn. Furthermore, it wasn't clear on the website that the advertised restaurants were not located within the hotel itself but at another hotel in the same group nearby. The same applies to the fitness facilities. The breakfast was very good, and the shuttle service and staff courtesy were excellent.

This hotel is quite old, but we adore the old-world charm it possesses. It is about 10 mins walk from the main shopping and restaurant area of St Moritz, and about 5 mins drive from the St Moritz train station. If you're taking the train, contact the hotel beforehand and they can pick you up from the train station free of charge. We booked the most basic room, which was already quite spacious though without a balcony or much view. Though the rooms are dated, they are very clean and comfortable. Our booking came with free breakfast and it has a decent selection of Swiss breakfast stables like eggs (scrambled and soft boiled), cheese, pastries, bread, sausages, cereal, mueseli, yogurt, fruits, etc. If you ask, the hotel also has gluten-free bread and vegan milk (oat or soy) for no additional charge. The service throughout the property is excellent and everyone is friendly and willing to help. We had dinner once at the hotel restaurant and it was delicious and reasonably priced (by Swiss standards). A few points for improvement - (1) the hotel should make it easier for guests to identify and find the driver of the pickup service. The person picking us up was not holding any sign or possessing anything that indicates his affiliation with the hotel (because of that, we saw another couple almost missing the shuttle), (2) the gym doesn't have much equipment (e.g. no treadmill) and whatever it has is quite old, and (3) the scrambled eggs were rubbery and almost inedible after being left in the heated tray for too long. Suggest that the hotel makes smaller batches so they always stay moist. Seems to be a common problem of Swiss breakfasts due to what I would assume to be high labour cost. Overall, we were happy with our stay in this lovely, cozy hotel.

The reception staff, the room, dinner, and breakfast were all wonderful. The only thing that bothered me was that the red cloth from Hotel Norda, which is shown in the room photos on every booking site, wasn't on the bed, which was a little disappointing. Also, I think it's because I'm Japanese, but I was surprised that there was no door on the shower.
