前台和早餐的服務都很好，但客房的衞生衹能給零分甚至負分，必須給差評-因為在床單和枕套上發現了無數跟的毛髮，另我們幾乎無法入睡。從來沒遇到過如此噁心的酒店。我們衹能穿着自己的衣服勉強度過一個難以入眠的夜晚。。。懷疑酒店在前一個客人走後根本就沒更換過床單！希望酒店類似的事情不要再發生！

値段の割には、部屋や、バスルーム、洗面所が
狭く、動けない💦
タオル交換も、忘れていて、
再度こちらから、フロントに言いに行かないと
いけない様じゃ、いけない。
また、設備にもスリッパも入っているのに、
置かれてなかったから、
フロントに言って持ってきてもらった。
チェックイン✅時の説明や、案内は
素晴らしかったのに、もったいない。

受付スタッフもお部屋もディナーもモーニングもとにかくすてきでした。
唯一きになったのは、どの予約サイトにもある部屋の写真のように、ホテルノルダの赤い布？がベッドに敷いてなかったのですこしがっかりしました。あと日本人だからだと思いますが、シャワーの扉がないのには驚きました。
