Hopefully, you were able to visit the nearby Ovaverva sports centre, with its indoor pool and spa, and take advantage of the several hiking and cycling trails that start on our premises. The months of September to November are indeed more quiet than summer or winter high season, however our indian summer from mid to end of October is always worth a visit. We truly regret that your stay did not meet your expectations, and were disappointed to learn of your experience. We are sorry to hear of the inconveniences you faced with the room allocation. We would like to assure you that we have a very strict hygiene and cleanliness policy and take great care in maintaining our rooms. It is disheartening to learn that you were not satisfied with your room. However, the room you received corresponds to the room you booked online. All pictures shown in the individual room categories on the platforms correspond to reality. We very much regret that you only looked at the room pictures in the general overview and therefore arrived with false expectations. We also understand the frustration regarding the parking. There are free parking spaces at the hotel available for our guests. If those are taken, we offer alternatives such as garage spaces in our sister hotels at an additional cost. However, these are subject to availability as well, and we can't guarantee a car space. Rest assured, we take measures to ensure the safety of our guests during these colder months. However, we hope that you can acknowledge that the icy conditions of the roads are beyond the control of the hotel. Regarding the spa access, it is deeply regrettable that there was a misunderstanding. The new Ovaverva, the public indoor pool & spa, is located just across the street from the hotel and is free of charge for our guests. This is clearly written on our homepage and booking channels. We are sorry that our reception staff came across as impolite. Our staff is often complimented on their professionalism and the service delivered to our guests. Rest assured, we will address this internally to ensure that there are not any gaps in service. Please know that your feedback is invaluable to us, and we genuinely appreciate your candour. We are thrilled to hear that you enjoyed it. Did you know, the hotel has abundant history making it ever so special to St. Moritz? Queen Victoria of England has been the namesake of this upscale Art Nouveau hotel since 1875. It is an absolute pleasure that despite our recent renovations, the property promotes the perfect balance of contemporary and historical for the perfect guest experience. Regarding the WIFI, we appreciate you bringing this to our attention and rest assured we will be investigating further, in the hope of continuing to provide the ultimate comfort and convenience for our guests.
