This room is similar to a small suite, located in the wing building. The rooms in the main building should be better. The room is not big, old-fashioned and ordinary, and the electric blanket is a bit old, but clean. The water pipes in the room are filled with mountain spring water, which is delicious for making tea and makes your skin smooth after bathing. The hotel lobby is so beautiful, and the stairs and the wide corridors on the guest room level are all old-fashioned and elegant. Picture 8 is the chef's recommended dish in the hotel restaurant. The ingredients and seasoning are a level higher than those in the restaurants near the hotel. There are several restaurants under the hotel within a 5-7 minute walk. I only tried the Japanese food, which was good, and the tempura shrimp was large and fresh.

The room was very clean. There was a restaurant downstairs. The dining atmosphere was great and the service was good. However, the front desk did not accept Euros, so we had to exchange them for Francs.

A gorgeous hotel in the heart of St. Moritz. Spacious rooms over looking the mountains. They just opened a brand new covered Italian restaurant at the back of the hotel. It’s shaped like a tube with clear glass windows on the roof and on the side. The food, the ambiance, the service, the cocktails was just prefect. I would highly recommend the veggie lasagna. Loved everything about this hotel except there were far too many tour groups staying at the hotel so it got a little chaotic at breakfast time in the restaurant and they did not have enough staff to keep up with the demand. I noticed one waitress was asking other guests if they wanted omelet or they were fine with the buffet. Unfortunately she did not came to our table. I called her a couple of times but her attention was on other guests.

An Excellent mid-range hotel. The hotel provides a shuttle from the train station, but ensure they have your arrival details and confirm the shuttle. As you disembark the train, do not follow groups as the hotel shuttle is at the front of the train station. Rooms are nice with excellent breakfast spread.

A beautiful hotel with impressive architecture, very friendly staff and very spacious downstairs areas with high ceilings, good kerb appeal when you arrive to check in. The breakfast is excellent and caters for all needs. Extremely good wine list and the bar is well stocked and run. The hotel has slightly 'faded grandeur' and in need of investment to overcome this. The English TV channels are NEWS only, which is a disappointment if you want to relax in the room with ambient, relaxing programmes. Overall it is recommended.

Beautiful art nouveau, old world charm. Lobby bar has been updated and was nice. Our room was upgraded to a 2 room suite with lovely big windows. We had an expansive view of mountains and loved we could sleep with windows open. No real restaurant but did have a breakfast buffet. Town was pretty dead this time of year; imagine the beauty and charm is more pronounced in winter.

I want to express my gratitude to Irina for her exceptional assistance, making our stay incredibly smooth. The hotel is delightful, clean, and my upgraded room was a highlight. The breakfast offered an impressive variety. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to friends. However, my massage experience was subpar. While she is a sweet lady, the session did not meet the hotel's standard. It felt amateurish and lacked the expected deep tissue massage it’s even hard to call relaxation massage. Perhaps it was just an unfortunate experience this time with the massage at St. Moritz!

We booked a Superior room for 7 nights starting from December 30th, including the New Year’s Eve and we received an Economy room (see pictures attached) with old and degraded furniture, dirty floors, smelling like there was a dead animal inside. They posted on booking website luminous rooms with nice furniture and it was far from that. The room should have a “view” but the only thing we can see from the window is the garbage disposal station. They advertised parking and when we arrived they told us they don’t have available spots, even though we booked the parking spot 2 months in advance. When we complained regarding the room they told us we can check-out if we don’t like it (the entire St Moritz was fully booked for the New Year’s and there was no other accommodation available for us). The reception was very rude and impolite, including the Reception manager. They advertise they have access to the spa but they just provide free entrance to a public spa close-by called Ovaverva and don’t have direct access to it, you need to get dressed and go outside for it (not very pleasant at -10 Celsius degrees). No slippers or robe provided. The entire perimeter of the parking is full of ice and very dangerous to walk (I am pregnant and I am very scared to not fall and hurt my baby or break something). The overall communication with them was very difficult and they acted like don’t care about their customers. For sure it is not a 4-star hotel! Everything regarding this hotel is false advertising!

There are free parking spaces at the hotel available for our guests. If those are taken, we offer alternatives such as garage spaces in our sister hotels at an additional cost. However, these are subject to availability as well, and we can't guarantee a car space. Rest assured, we take measures to ensure the safety of our guests during these colder months. However, we hope that you can acknowledge that the icy conditions of the roads are beyond the control of the hotel. Regarding the spa access, it is deeply regrettable that there was a misunderstanding. The new Ovaverva, the public indoor pool & spa, is located just across the street from the hotel and is free of charge for our guests. This is clearly written on our homepage and booking channels. We are sorry that our reception staff came across as impolite. Our staff is often complimented on their professionalism and the service delivered to our guests. Rest assured, we will address this internally to ensure that there are not any gaps in service. Please know that your feedback is invaluable to us, and we genuinely appreciate your candour. Stayed 2 nights as part of tour. Not in the center of town but within a 10min bus ride. Walking distance from pool and spa where hotel guests have access. Slow WiFi. Evidently recently remodeled, rooms on 3rd floor are spacious. Good housekeeping with clean rooms. Breakfast at lobby restaurant Vic’s has good selection. Friendly staff.
