We stayed one night and it is ok place for a day. Friendly staff and shuttle driver. Rooms were ok. Windows form the room to the balcony has no privacy. You are in front of people on the street as well as people form adjacent room. No tea bags were provided only coffee. For tea bags they want you to buy them from the restaurant. For a high end hotel, this seems some what odd

Guten Morgen, wir waren vom 13. bis 16. Juli in Ihrem Hotel. Wir waren so begeistert von den schönen Zimmern und der Lage mitten im Zentrum. In my 3 week trip to Switzerland this was the worst hotel I stayed in. Except for the staff at reception ( who were a breath of fresh air ) all other aspects were well and truly below average. The buffet breakfast as well as the staff were way below expectations. Food and service in dining room at night pathetic.

Wir waren mit einer Reisegruppe im Hotel. Das Zimmer war sauber und ordentlich, Bad Accessoires konnte man suchen, die Minibar war leer und zur Kaffee-Tee-Maschine fehlten die Kaffeepads und Teefilter. Auf Nachfrage hieß es für Pauschalreisende wird dieser Service nicht vorgehalten. Das Menü am Abend war fade und lieblos zubereitet, die Suppe war nur an der Beschreibung erkennbar, dass es sich um Kartoffelsuppe handelt. Das Frühstücksbüffet war übersichtlich - Pluspunkt: es gab frisches Rührei mit Speck, ansonsten war der Eindruck - pauschal, nach 2 Nächten weg und nicht wiederkommen.

Exquisite staff and spectacular room, restaurant was wonderful and staff so courteous. Breakfast was very good. Too bad we only stayed one night as we were on our way to Zermatt. The view was spectacular. Would definitely live to go back if I have the chance to do so.

The hotel was so-so. . The buffet could be better. However, the waitress named Roberto got nuclear and yelled at me. Here is what happened. I was with the tour group. We went in for breakfast with them in a different room but the tables were full. We went to another room that was joined with my tour group. We found a table. We put our breakfast on the table. He yelled and was very angry at us. He kicked us out of the room. He was very unprofessional. He should be canned.
