Good location and nice staff. Good breakfast. Heater in bathroom only and it was not working. Overall I'm happy with this hotel.

太滿意啦絕對是聖莫里茨性價比之選，聖莫里茨很小酒店就在鎮中心，火車站下來電話酒店馬上來接走的時候送到車站，雖然不遠但是拿行李爬坡挺累，百年歷史裝修古色古香，餐廳很漂亮早餐豐盛，還有游泳池和桑拿房來不及享受，房間雖然不大但設施俱全還有咖啡機，陽台看到一角湖景，前台熱情介紹纜車路線，相比另外兩家五星這家的性價比太高了，冬天滑雪季價格就要翻倍了

The hotel and the staff were faultless . Every aspect of our stay was made easy.
The pool and spa a fabulous space with afternoon tea. The cuisine excellent .
Manners and appropriate behaviour welcomed . So good to enjoy a certain elegance and courtesy fast fading .
Value for money, excellent location.
Cant wait to return

Great hotel and location. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Hotel bars and restaurants are also recommended! Tchu was a highlight, owner/manager and waiter were amazing as well as the culinary delights.

Scarso. Ho prenotato una suite, me l’hanno confermata per mail e a due giorni dall’arrivo mi chiamano per dirmi che si sono sbagliati, la camera non è disponibile e mi obbligano ad accettare una camera “familiare” senza soggiorno ovviamente. Spaziosa, con una bella vista, ma sicuramente non la stanza che avevo prenotato e che volevo. Ovviamente a due giorni dall’arrivo, nella settimana più frequentata di febbraio, era difficile trovare un altro hotel. Nonostante il loro errore nulla è stato fatto per rimediare. Come se fosse normale per loro essere inadempienti alle obbligazioni assunte. Al momento della prenotazione chiedo poi di avere la mezza pensione che vi SCONSIGLIO ASSOLUTAMENTE. Non viene specificato da nessuna parte che chi sceglie la mezza pensione NON HA DIRITTO DI SCEGLIERE TRA I PIATTI DEL MENÙ PRINCIPALE, visibile sul sito, ma gli viene dato un menu “secondario” con zero scelta. Il cibo schifoso a dire poco, il locale una mensa per residenza per anziani. Piscina con acqua fredda. Uniche cose positive: la posizione, il garage coperto e la gentilezza di qualche dipendente ma per il resto trovate assolutamente di meglio.

We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Steffani. The staff were very friendly and helpful with any enquiries. We were lucky enough to be upgraded and our room was lovely with everything you could want. Breakfast was excellent with a great choice of food and drink. Hotel is situated in a good position with plenty og restaurants, shops etc close by. Would recommend and stay here again.

Ho trascorso 2gg di relax a st. moritz soggiornando presso lo Steffani…ottimo hotel per posizione,si trova praticamente in centro…..servizi offerti in primis stupenda zona spa e piscina coperta riscaldata di recente costruzione😊. Accogliente e calda camera singola con balconcino e gran-lit…..prezzi più che interessanti…..e sopprattutto simpatia/gentilezza /disponibilita da parte di tutti lo staff!! Una nota positiva in particolare per le due ragazze alla reception….brave/molto gentili e disponibili….è molto carine ….che non guasta mai! Da tornarci….location top👍
