The hotel and the staff were faultless . Every aspect of our stay was made easy.
The pool and spa a fabulous space with afternoon tea. The cuisine excellent .
Manners and appropriate behaviour welcomed . So good to enjoy a certain elegance and courtesy fast fading .

Great hotel and location. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Hotel bars and restaurants are also recommended! Tchu was a highlight, owner/manager and waiter were amazing as well as the culinary delights.

Rare. I booked a suite, they confirmed it to me by email and two days before arrival they call me to tell me that they were wrong, the room is not available and they force me to accept a "family" room without a living room obviously. Spacious, with a nice view, but definitely not the room I booked and wanted. Obviously two days after arrival, in the busiest week of February, it was difficult to find another hotel. Despite their mistake, nothing was done to remedy it. As if it were normal for them to default on their obligations. When booking I then ask you to have half board which I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND. It is not specified anywhere that those who choose half board HAVE NO RIGHT TO CHOOSE FROM THE MAIN MENU'S DISHES, visible on the site, but are given a "secondary" menu with zero choice. The food is lousy to say the least, the place is a canteen for an elderly residence. Swimming pool with cold water. The only positive things: the location, the covered garage and the kindness of some employees but for the rest you can absolutely find better.

We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Steffani. The staff were very friendly and helpful with any enquiries. We were lucky enough to be upgraded and our room was lovely with everything you could want. Breakfast was excellent with a great choice of food and drink. Hotel is situated in a good position with plenty og restaurants, shops etc close by. Would recommend and stay here again.

I spent 2 days relaxing in st. moritz staying at the Steffani...excellent hotel for its location, it is practically located in the centre...services offered first and foremost the wonderful spa area and recently built heated indoor swimming pool😊. Cozy and warm single room with small balcony and large-lit... more than interesting prices... and above all friendliness/kindness/availability from all the staff!! A positive note in particular for the two girls at the reception….good/very kind and helpful….they are very nice….which never hurts! We'll be back... top location👍
