For someone who values authenticity, this place was a breath of fresh air. There was a genuine quality to every aspect of my experience, from the locally-sourced offerings to the sincere interactions with staff. I felt connected not just to the establishment, but to the wider community it's part of. It's rare to find a place with such a strong sense of identity and purpose.

Luxurious seems too weak a word. Sumptuous. Elegant. Finery. Abundance. Exquisite. We arrived on the Glacier Express and asked to be picked up. The hotel sent a breathtaking Rolls-Royce (see picture). The driver, Massimo, was so kind and helpful he felt like a family member. This was our first impression, and it was an excellent taste of the things yet to come at Batrutt's Palace Hotel. Our room was lush and perfect. Our "balcony" would be better described as a terrace. Our view of the lake and mountains was breathtaking. Housekeeping and room service were graciously accommodating to any request. The concierges were also wonderfully knowledgeable and helpful. We didn't use the spa, but we visited it, and the ambiance was unique and very inviting.

En visite pour un afternoon tea, j ai trouvé l accueil très froid et hautain. Les pièces sucrées et salées étaient très fines et délicieuses. Un vrai plaisir culinaire. Par contre, grosse déception des scones qui étaient secs et trop cuits. (Base d un afternoon tea) J ai fait la remarque à la serveuse qui a apprécié et a toute de suite proposé d en ramener d’autres. Mais après 30 minutes d attente j ai demandé l addition et suis parti. Belle expérience, magnifique vue depuis la terrasse mais service et accueil à revoir. Un peu déçu.

if you're a foodie like me, you're gonna flip for this hotel! the restaurant here is next level. we're talking michelin-star quality eats without the stuffy atmosphere. every meal was an adventure for the taste buds. they use all local, seasonal ingredients, so the menu's always changing. and don't even get me started on the breakfast buffet - it's a work of art! the chef even offers cooking classes, which was such a cool experience. even if you're not staying here, the restaurant alone is worth a visit. trust me, your Instagram food pics will never be the same!

darlings, let me spill the tea on this FABULOUS find! ✨ from the second we arrived, it was nothing but GLAM and LUXURY. the decor? absolutely STUNNING, dahling. the staff? sweeter than honey and more efficient than my personal assistant (sorry, brad!). and don't even get me started on the spa - I felt like a whole new woman! only teensy issue was the lack of vegan options at breakfast, but they sorted it out quicker than you can say "avocado toast". toodles!

My stay at the hotel was absolutely exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with kindness and warm welcome that truly highlighted the quality of the service. The room was spacious with a wonderful view, tastefully decorated (very nice bathroom) and overall very comfortable and elegant. The pool, the bar and the breakfast, room service were all "top of the shelf" experiences during our stay. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing stay.

The combination of stunning views on the mountains and lake, luxurious accommodation, outstanding service, and beautiful spa with an amazing outdoor pool made our weekend unforgettable. A extraordinary hideaway in the Swiss mountains! We will be back!

I had a bad experience with the gift voucher for Spa, that I ‘ve recived for my birthday but I ‘ ve lost the letter of voucher and hoped to find it. I didn’t find and that’s why I ask directly in reception…. She said she had inform herself about payment 2 years ago but I received a negative response :( How is it possible I ask to myself, it’s not about money but I thought that this is the Top hotel , and no metter about lost of the paper , but someone paid for me 🤷♀️
