Hôtel à recommander ! J ai passé un excellent séjour. Personnel serviable et souriant ainsi qu une chambres grande et climatisée. Petit déjeuner copieux . Proche de la gare Cergy préfecture. Je reviendrai régulièrement pour mes prochains déplacements

Expérience moyenne car l'hôtel coupe volontairement la climatisation alors que les chambres sont vendues avec clim et chauffage. L'absence de clim n'est pas signalée lors de la réservation, on la découvre en arrivant dans la chambre. Et comme elle est coupée dans tout l'hôtel, sans explication ni raison évidente, il n'y a pas moyen de le remettre en route. On a eu une chambre plus grande mais toujours sans clim.

Ran down hotel, needs more than a few updates. No electric outlet in bathroom unless you want to shave. Beds are hard as a rock and pillows are flat. Breakfast was underwhelming. When I return to Cergy for business, I will NOT book this hotel again.
