I do not like the fact that the person who checked us in knew 2 rooms were paid in advance through ******* - she even reviewed the email and yet we paid twice for one of the rooms - once on ******* and again by the hotel.

While some of the staff were helpful, a lot were not and were not very accommodating to our requests for blankets and extra towels. The room was freezing and the windows had ice on the inside, mold on the ceiling by the windows. Just not a five star hotel stay for the price we paid.

We stayed on New Year's Eve and even though the hotel was quite busy, we had speedy trips on the elevator to our room on the 16th floor. This hotel is a little older, so the bathroom was a not modern, but it certainly worked just fine. Plan to bring along a charging brick, as there are not USB charging ports in the room.

Although the service is wonderful (loved the cookies we got when we checked in) we weren't impressed with the condition of our room. The fixtures were very dinged up, especially in the bathroom. We hope they have time for a little refurbishing soon.
