"Awful experience. The hotel is extremely noisy. I spent a whole week there without being able to sleep peacefully one single night. The rooms are very badly isolated, and the neighborhood is very noisy, with gangs of youngsters yelling and listening music right under the room window. Other guests were also very noisy whilst in bed, in a very obscene way. Never, ever, again!"

"We spent 2 nights as a family of 4, with 2 inter-connected rooms. Great hotel, great service and great food (breakfast & dinner - legine is a great fish) at the restaurant by the sea. Friendly and professional staff. For families staying for longer periods, I would only recommend that the hotel add a bit more variety on the dinner menu. The snorkelling opposite the hotel is good (a little bit of current so best to stay with younger kids). Nice sea side break from the awesome "cirques"."

"Passage in this charming hotel for a night in a family room with my son and my wife. First, we arrive in the entrance hall furnished in the old style, which gives a real cachet to this establishment. Our welcome was warm and fast, with the manager who had a nice smile. She also had little attentions throughout the stay and I thank her again for these. For the room, it was clean, well laid out and equipped with a kitchenette. If you don't want to cook, the hotel is close to many restaurants, snacks and others. There is even a small supermarket. And the beach is a 5-minute walk away. So, very positive opinion for me and my family for this stay."

"Such a peaceful, relaxing location to start our honeymoon. Highlights included watching whales from the treehouse, having a delicious private meal for the two of us cooked by Delphine's son (the food was spectacular!) and using the masks, snorkels and kayak to explore the bay. Breakfast was also delicious. A must stay as a base to explore the west of the island!"

"The hotel is very comfortable and comfortable and is very comfortable. The apartment with terrace with swimming pool has been particularly appreciated by our children. The kitchen is very convenient, the living room and dining room are decorated with a lot of taste and the luxurious vegetation dives us into a tropical atmosphere as soon as we arrive. We had not booked all our nights when we arrived at La Réunion, and we chose to finish our stay at Bougainvilliers (with Lala and Paayet ☺️)!"

"The yard is very large and you can take a walk in the morning and evening on the thick grass under the shade of the trees. There is also a swimming pool with a filter that operates 24 hours a day and the water is clear."
