Great hotel in a great location, overlooking the harbor. Helpful staff way beyond the call of duty, they managed to find a dentist the same day following a loose crown incident. The hotel is recently renovated and very well appointed. Saint Raphael is a gem on the Côte d’Azur, plenty of nice restaurants and boutique stores.

Bravo for being an eco-responsible, but luxurious hotel. From the first greeting to our last breakfast, the entire staff is welcoming and super accommodating. Very well appointed room (Fitzgerald) with an amazing view over the harbor and bay. Spa experience was relaxing, and spa personnel very attentive to our needs.

The lady who works during the days was fantastic. They have under cover parking for a reasonable fee. The room was large and everything was modern.
Would stay again. Even use it as a base to go to Nice, Cannes and St Tropez for example

Service impeccable, hôtel parfait ! Parfaitement située avec une vue imprenable sur le port de St Raphaël, cet hotel ravira tous les amateurs d'hôtels de Luxe. L'équipe est d'une gentillesse rarement constatée ailleurs, les chambres sont ultra confortables et claires. Félicitations !

Chambre spacieuse, décorée avec goût. Personnel à l écoute. Emplacement bien situé, parking à disposition. Très bon restaurant. Je recommande vivement. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir

Hotel situé au coeur de Saint Raphael avec possibilité de se garer devant l’hotel pour déposer famille et décharger les bagages . Parking à proximité directe. Ambiance feutrée et service de qualité. Le personnel est au top et la decoration superbe . Hotel boutique stylé avec 2 superbes restaurants : une brasserie et un japonais.

Une bière plate pas fraîche sans mousse et surtout scandale servi dans des verres à limonade j'ai dû insister pour avoir de grignotage j'ai eu trois olives baignant dans de la flotte pas génial pour un hôtel 5 étoile je n'y retournerai pas évidemment

Emplacement parfait à 150m de la gare TGV de Saint Raphaël, face à la mer. Chambres spacieuses et décorées avec goût. 2 restaurants dans l'hôtel, mention spéciale au restaurant japonais Nami. Le personnel est bienveillant. Je recommande.

Un hôtel très bien décoré, avec une équipe bien agréable et aux petits soins. L’hôtel est particulièrement bien placé, idéal pour découvrir la vile à pied . Il est aussi proche des cafés et des restaurants . je recommande aussi la brasserie de l’hôtel et sa très belle terrasse sur le port
